I had a very pleasant stay at The Cape Milner. The hotel is well maintained, my room was nicely decorated an comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the food is tasty. The hotel is located near great attractions such as Table mountain, Bo Kapp or District Six museum. I met very nice people there - Sim at the reception is particularly lovely. I highly recommend it!

Omg it's painful to sit here with such horrible service. Celebrating my niece's 21st . There is only one waitress on night shift duty. You can clearly see she is struggling to keep up. . Its a horrible experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone . Annoyed to the max

I enjoyed my two day stay for work, the rooms are nice and spacious with clean bedding, the view of table mountain is awe-inspiring. The restuarant menu can introduce more dishes however the chicken rolade that i ordered was delicious good presentation and textures. Being so use to other durban hotel buffet style breakfast was expecting a cappuccino but was told its not part of the breakfast. Overall very nice hotel to stay when you in Cape Town.

My partner and I visited the restuarnt yesterday. We received awful service from the start. It was raining and the parking lot was closed. We tried to use the intercom but received no response, which meant I had to walk in the rain to the reception to ask for parking. The receptionist was not welcoming, actually di not pay any attention to me. When I told her we rang the intercom, she rudely denied that in vineque. When we were finally inside the building, no one offered any assistance or showed us where the resturant was until we apporached a staff member. When we got to the resturant everyone went on with their business, a few minutes later the barman called us and when we told him we reserved a table for two he told us we were not on the reservation list which means the lady we spoke to during the day never reserved space for us. He quickly prepared a table for us. The food took too long and it was like we invaded someone' space as the service was poor and the waiters never paid any attention to us. the food was also not good. I would not recommend it, that is very sad a sthe place was recommened to me.

Beautiful place, lovely food and a beautiful restaurant setup. Thank You Chef Yaseen, a very talented chef. He brought a warm welcome with his personal touch of professionalism. We will definitely be back with friends.

Great value for money. Very nice staff, nice and clean rooms and all the facilities (pool, gym, restaurant) you need. The breakfast in particular was fantastic!

Conveniently located, you either have peace n quiet in the hotel with a pool...walk to town for a meal or local experience. Walk to the local hangouts and catch taxi safely at the hotel entrance for table mountain, v&a or camps bay. Very friendly staff, particularly Nadia at reception ๐Ÿ˜€.

Beautiful hotel with georgous rooms. Spacious, modern and cosy. The beds are awesome. The bathroom just as amazing. The suites come with an extra large bath, the standard rooms have a shower and the standard rooms are also great. They are spacious and comfortable too.The restaurant serves great food with an extensive menu. Position of hotel is perfectly nestled under the iconic Table Mountain. There is a swimming pool and bar onsite too. Also this hotel is within safe walking distance to other lovely restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The coffee station within the suite has superb filter coffee that you can prepare in your own mini French press. The breakfast buffet is filled with plenty of breakfast delicacies.. this is a great hotel and the staff are equally incredible..

Great central location, amazing breakfast. Special mention to Given, what a legend! Best sleeps we had in Cape Town, thanks to the very comfortable pillows and bed. We loved our 2-night stay at the Cape Milner, canโ€™t wait for our next visit to Cape Town. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Lovely hotel in a central location. View from room was magnificent looking over at Table mountain. Really nice bar space and a pool area which was very popular. Food perhaps room for improvement. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The Cape Milner is so much better than I expected. Our room is quiet, the beds are super comfortable, the blackout curtains are great, the room is quiet. I'm sleeping better here than at home. We've only tried the restaurant for breakfast but it was nice, the outdoor areas and the pool are only a dream with the cool rainy weather but they look great. We've been walking to Long Street restaurants without concern.

Reserved a table for for 8 last night in celebrating for my mothers birthday and did not have much of a good experience at the restaurant.Firstly the duty manager was not friendly came actoss as annoyed and not welcoming at all .There was 2 waiters available to serve morethan 20 people throughout the dinning, Food was on point and on time at least that is a point to the establishment. I am disappointed the establishment really is beautiful for estatics.

Spent 4 days at the Hotel, Attending Training Workshop. Rooms Spotless, really spacious and very comfortable. Room had a work desk, with a variety of plugs and USB ports. Reception friendly and helpful. The bathroom is spacious with bath and shower. Would have liked to have a power point next to the bed. Buffet on one night was very disappointing, more so as the options available did NOT meet the price of the meal. A Le Carte meals were delicious and portions generous. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. Conference facilities very clean and functional.

Wow. What a find. This establishment offers so much for the price. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite around the corner from the pool area. The bedding is soft and very comfortable. I cannot recommend The Cape Milner enough. There is enough secure parking and the flow of the place feels nice. Well-done.

The best restaurant for small intimate events, we had a baby shower on Saturday and everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Yandiswa who was our waitress, the service was exceptional.

Excellent accommodation, rooms clean and well presented, the staff are all fantastic, and the restaurant food was so good! Location was good for Table Mountain and Lions Head, as well as being able to go straight down to the Waterfront area.

A very good centralised Hotel, next to kloof street walking distance to a central sage hub of pubs, eateries and shopping. The hotel is very neat and clean. Friendly staff and does come with a compact gym. Great view of the mountain from the window. There is a good menu at the restaurant and the bar.

Friendly staff and great service. Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Location fantastic for Restaurants and close to freeways to explore other areas. View of mountain was fantastic.

Beautiful. Quaint. Unexpected. Attended a baby shower there. We had great service and just the right amount of attention from the Manager. They charged a reasonable fee to allow the Baby Shower Cake into the venue. They have different areas (bar, couches, tables, secluded indoor, outdoor shades) that you can utilise for any gathering.
