my
disappointment
and
concern
about
the
fake
advertisement
of
your
hotel.
It
has
come
to
my
attention
that
the
images
and
descriptions
published
on
your
website
and
across
social
media
platforms
regarding
the
services
your
hotel
provides
are
false.
Your
misleading
advertisement
made
me
choose
your
hotel
and
has
caused
me
great
inconvenience
and
dissatisfaction
during
my
stay.
The
hotel
room
I
was
provided
with
upon
arrival
was
different
than
the
one
advertised
on
your
website.
The
room
was
outdated
and
lacked
the
luxury
conveniences
advertised.
I
kindly
demand
that
The
Happy
Rhino
Hotel
remove
the
false
advertisements
from
all
platforms,
once
and
for
all.
Additionally,
I
demand
that
you
compensate
me
for
the
inconvenience
endured
during
my
stay.
Kindly
provide
a
refund
for
the
room
charges
and
other
relevant
fees
as
soon
as
possible.
I
warn
you
that
if
you
do
not
respond
positively
and
take
immediate
action
to
rectify
the
situation,
I
will
take
legal
action.
The
false
advertising
of
your
hotel
is
unacceptable
and
illegal.
I
look
forward
to
hearing
from
you
regarding
the
next
steps
that
will
be
taken
on
your
part.
