So today Monday the 13th of November 2023 just after 16H00 i stopped  at their South facility direction Cape Town for a rest room and refreshments. I noticed that my favorite (Tennis coconut) biscuits were on special so I took a pack. Friendly advice!  Always check the price you pay at the till, corresponds with the one on the shelves.

Not as friendly as i have experienced. Food fine.

After last using the northern facility in 2021 I vowed not to use them again due to disgustingly dirty toilets and unsatisfactory service, I was forced to make a unscheduled stop at the southern facility this past Saturday. Needless to say nothing changed. Smelly and dirty toilets and I suppose the the owners are just going to give another empty apology to rectify the situation.

Drive by and avoid. Stopped for a toilet break and petrol. I have never been to such smelly, dirty and "out of order" toilets in my life. There is a Spar, Spur, Vida-e and more at that stop, and together they can't keep the facilities clean? I wanted to take pictures but the stench was too much. Date 08 Dec 2022 at approximately 13h00.

Friendly & efficient staff. Amenities were clean, food was good. Good stop to rest a bit.

Nathan spotted a nail in my car's tire whilst filling up with fuel and he and Curtley sorted it out for me within a couple of minutes. I then could safely continue the next 300km home. Great service, thank you.

Just came from Shell Garage Worcester going to Cape Town, the cashier on duty is a very rude and arrogant person with no patience, the petrol helper didn't even wanted to help pump our wheels as we do not know how these new pumps work. That was my last time filling up my tank there, VERY BAD to No SERVICE!!!!‼️
