So much fun and such an experience to have. The ride is long and scenic with beautiful views of the green hills you ride on as well as the nearby hillsides. The location is great and secluded whilst not being too far out of your way. It can be fun and fast or slow and pretty because you get to control your speed. You can ride alone or with another person. I’d recommend this place to anyone willing to go. I absolutely loved going here - the staff are friendly and the ride is well worth the price.

Went with family on a Tuesday afternoon to enjoy their last day in Cape Town. It was by far one of the best highlights for them and a great experience for all. We arrived to a clean atmosphere with around 2 families only and lovely staff greeting us with smiles. We got the day pass for everyone and soon began the journey of 20+ rides. The toboggan carts were crazy fun, especially when queues were non-existent, and the fact that the carts were all automatic with no need for external energy was just... splendid!!! I am also happy to say that the staff were so very friendly even though they kept seeing our same old faces again and again:) The bathroom was very well maintained, sitting area was clean and organized, and the whole system of the rides was just smooth. I can strongly suggest going on a week day during school terms in order to avoid long queues and people in general, but on the other hand, going on weekends or during school holidays and being with friends and family just takes excitement and adrenalin to a whole different level! The satisfaction of completing a ride was just perfection and somewhat addictive:) Great memory created thanks to the whole team at Cool Running, can you hear the huge round of applause from all of us? Ah this is so much fun with friends or family! We went early and there weren’t any queues It is very safe, just adhere to the rules expected. (Hubby turned a corner a little too fast and fell out 😂) There is a limited menu for snacks and eats Great bathrooms! Highly recommended for a fun outing

The facility is absolutely amazing. Clean, neat, well run. Loads of staff who are neat, friendly and helpful. It was loads of fun. Kids had a ball. It was scary but we all enjoyed it very much. Our youngest enjoyed it the most. Adults must go with their kids, especially under 9yrs old.

Just what the doctor ordered to get the heart rate going again! It's been a while since I've had so much fun. I am not sure who enjoyed it more, me or the kids...... Lots of fun, safe, clean, well maintained and well run. They also have the cleanest bathrooms that I have ever seen. You can literally eat of the floors. I have now discovered that there are other Toboggan tracks scattered throughout South Africa and will have to go and find and test them also!

What an absolute blast this was! The ticket prices are a little steep but understandable when you take into consideration that the venue is very well maintained and for that I will pay a bit extra. Staff are accommodating and strict, as they should be - a man and his son went flying out the track as they went too fast, they were fine of course as there is grass all along the track besides for some grass burns lol. Loved everything about our visit and would highly recommend the venue for anybody any age looking for a bit of excitement!

A truly unique experience for not only Cape Town, but South Africa, well worth a visit for any visitor. Food was reasonable with a fully licensed bar, wine selection was limited, but beers were cold. An organised and slick operation. Can be costly, but then again, so is petrol. Joy has no price limits. Happy tobogganing 🛷😎

Absolute blast for whole family. The prices are reasonable. The staff are amazing. So polite, friendly and helpful. You can buy tickets in advance or when you arrive at the place. Will definitely be back.

Very fun!! I have known about this place for over 10 years, and this was my first visit. I'm glad I visited. It's a decent price, short lived excitement, but there are packages that you can opt for to take multiple rides. Can be dangerous so just listen to the marshals and be careful. But I'd say it's a great deal of fun for the whole family.

You can get to full speed if there’s enough of a gap between you and the rider in front, which you may not get if they’re busy. Overall, nice and fun experience. Kids loved it. Tickets prices can be a bit steep even with their combos.

What a place. They have done a great great job. The look and feel is awesome. The staff are well trained and motivated. They friendly and helpful. It’s a little expensive. I wish they had more courses than just the one. It’s such a great experience and major fun. They have some good unhealthy food too.

Lots of fun for young and old, slow or fast. Good menu on food and drink although a bit pricey. Good value on the family package (18 rides). Definitely worth it.

The bobsled is fun to ride and the facility is well kept. safety briefing and signage all over makes it clear that you control the speed of decent and if you do stupid things you can get hurt. good for an hour or three fun. bar is nice although not the cheapest. takeaway style sit and eat available.

It was fun. Great family adventure. Well worth the money spent. The toilets as well as the cafes were easily accessible. There were plenty of shady areas to rest and watch.

We had such a lovely Sunday afternoon here. It was scary on the first try but really easy thereafter. Suitable for almost everyone. My 75 year old mom had a ride too. The food was good. The service was very friendly and kind. The place was clean and so beautiful. Lots of birds in the area makes the ride very picturesque. Go for the combo tickets. Ride together if you are nervous,

This was a phenomenal experience. It's super fun, definitely for those who are adventurous and can handle adrenaline rush. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. From age 3 till adults, great that a younger child can sit with an adult on the ride.

I personally did not enjoy my experience towards the end. Here's why... The entrance to the park and the scenery was stunning. So tranquil, green, vibrant. Picture perfect. We entered and on our first ride a very calm and friendly instructor advised my sisters and I on how to operate the ride. He said it was our first time and hence he knows it will take some getting used to. At the completion of our circuits we noticed he was no longer there and was replaced by another employee. On our 3rd ride on the circuit one of my sisters pulled on her break lever a little to late and bumped into me. Mind you it was almost a small bounce. Nothing dramatic. And then here comes the other staff member. He was so rude. So arrogant! He told us that we should consider not going on the rides anymore and just to take a break and maybe not come back at all! Talk about customer service. We were very offended that we were spoken to in such a manner. We had a few rounds left which we paid for mind you but due to how disrespected we were infront of an entire crowd of people. We decided to leave. Wouldn't go here again. Terrible touch to our trip.

Lekker day of fun for the kids. Highly recommend it. Staff can be a bit rude (lady at the till is very very nice though) but well worth it and good times.

Experience of a life time. Don't miss one out when you in Cape Town. First time it's I enjoyed it. But I would love to do it again and again. Keeps you on the 3dge.... Don't dare miss it when you around.

Lovely experience. You're pulled up the hill then control the brakes on your way downhill. Nice vibe with music and lots of seating where you can eat and drink (the alcoholic slushies are good).

Such a great place only down fall is its way to over priced for locals. Would he awesome if there was better specials. Overall is great and food is 100%
