Shocker!
Wonderful
location
but
no
idea
how
to
deliver
a
5
star
experience.
We
arrived
for
a
2
night
stay
to
a
room
with
no
hot
water
and
no
Wi
Fi.
Cold
showers
on
day
1
and
day
2
in
the
morning
in
Winter.
They
told
us
they
had
given
up
trying
to
fix
the
hot
water
and
there
was
no
manager
on
duty!
Following
morning
we
packed
up,
made
alternative
arrangements,
ready
to
leave
early.
During
breakfast
they
managed
to
fix
the
hot
water
but
not
Wi
Fi.
We
said
we’d
unpack
and
stay
if
they
refunded
our
night
but
they
flat
out
refused
offering
a
complimentary
night
which
we
didn’t
want.
Unreal
considering
the
circumstances
so
we
left
anyway.
After
some
complaining
and
a
few
very
damaging
reviews
in
closed
groups,
they
finally
offered
a
refund
on
the
first
night
but
not
the
second
when
we
didn’t
even
stay
there,
what
a
joke!
They
even
made
false
claims
about
having
offered
complimentary
spa
treatments.
This
is
our
third
trip
there
and
second
very
poor
experience
since
the
first
trip
also
landed
up
with
them
giving
us
a
complimentary
stay.
Never
again.
Go
to
the
restaurant
to
enjoy
the
location,
don’t
stay
in
the
hotel,
there
are
much
better
hotels
in
Cape
Town.
