This is a beautiful very clean and well maintained park, with natural habitat. It is ideal for walking your dogs(they are allowed off-leash under supervision)Poo baggies are supplied at various points in the park and there are plenty of bins, which is emptied on a regular basis.Great for your daily excercise, be it walking or running or taking the kiddies to play. Very safe and peaceful.

One of the best Parks in suburbs laying low under the shadow blanket of the Newlands Forest. Early summer morning walks may reason, "A Grand-Majestic-View". Sporting facilities and clubs are conveniently placed surrounded with fields. And a park with best trees casting shade, like gaint umbrella's on a hot day.

A local park to walk or jog. Dog friendly but there are some inconsiderate dog walkers who do not pick up after their pets so mind where you step. A lovely treed park with playground for the children and lots of park benches to relax. Views of Table Mountain. Spot the owls in the trees.

This is a such a great spot. We've literally only explored a 1/4 of the park but love the little walkways and bridges. It's awesome for little cyclists. There are two play areas - one geared at younger kids and then a larger area for older children. There are little benches, so it's great for a small picnic. This is a dog friendly park, so be aware of that before going.

Lovely park. Nice trails for the whole family as well as for your fur babies to enjoy. Fur babies enjoys the little dams and rivulets around the park. It is lush and green and clean as well as shaded. With play parks for the kids to enjoy and a fenced park for toddlers. There are benches with tables to have ur snacks at or cut off tree stumps to relax on. All in all highly recommended.

Best park in Cape Town, hands down. Off leash dogs, kids park, many different birds, swings, coffee and snacks. It is exceptionally well maintained and run. Daily visitor with my dogs.

Best park to take dogs for a walk, they can go off leash and make other doggo friends. Absolutely lovely. Paths well-laid, nice and flat, also good for oldies. Kids play equipment really robust and sturdy. Nice outdoor gym set. Fun fairy nook too.

A place that feels like home. A reminder to dog owners to clean up after their fur children because too many times yesterday I saw small kiddies stepping in poo. Butt...it's a great park during the day is very very safe.

A hidden gem, we often take our daughters here and our Siberian husky. This park is perfect all year around. Whether you need to clear your mind with a stroll, let your kids run free and play in the park, perfect for the dogs too. Spending family time, making memories. Highly recommend this park.

A park friendly for dogs and kids, with large open spaces, trees, seating, jungle gym, merry-go-rounds, swings. A place to be a kid, and for dogs to have a ball.... or play with a ball, or a run. Take a picnic, and spend some time, a great place for a fun for all time. Routes and patches for walkers, joggers and of course.... strollers.

The safest and l most natural unspoilt bush park you you will ever find right in the heart of a suburban space. The park is left to grow as natural as promised

  • 5/5 Jared W. 5 months ago on Google
A great walk, very well kept with natural vegetation. The best local park to take your dogs for a walk or play, right next to fields. Truly the best atmosphere and even view of Table Mountain.

A park like no other. And the dogs are fun too!!

  • 5/5 Latte G. 10 months ago on Google
I regularly run here. Going around the field is about 0.7 km. There are always plent of different dogs here. They're all very friendly but don't bring your cats. The atmosphere is mature and lighthearted. A good place to relax. Bring your date for a jog or get a cuppa Latte and share it at sunrise.

Really nice park but needs some physical security patrolling loads of vagrants around bothering people.

  • 5/5 Nazeefah A. 1 year ago on Google
My favourite park to take my daughter. Even when it's busy there is plenty of space for everyone to walk, run, play. Not advised to take a walk in this park if you fear dogs. The park is clean and well maintained. It's bittersweet to see trees planted in burial spots of deceased pets, and benches installed on behalf of deceased. If you have kids, let them search for mushrooms and leopard toads.

An awesome place for kids unfortunately you're not allow to have open flame fires (aka braai) but great for dog walks, kids outdoor games.

This park is so well maintained. It's family and pet friendly. Clearly a lot of work goes into education as well, with well labelled trees, information about the frogs that occur and information about ongoing projects.

Dissapointing first visit as our on leash puppy was approached and attacked by a full grown German Shephard which was off leash. A nice afternoon walk but I feel to many dogs running free. Use with caution.

  • 2/5 Lucille S. 3 years ago on Google
Not dog friendly, too many dogs running off leads...my dog was attacked by a off lead dog and owner said its a lead free park, with little children around...some people!!! You are always responsible for what your dog does and where it goes

Love the park. Absolutely beautiful. So relaxing for a walk and a bit of a run. My wife and myself really enjoy it there. We try to go daily. Only down side is that people blatantly disregard the keep dogs on a lease rule. On our last visit we were charged twice by 2 different dog's on different occasions. And during both times the owners did not do anything to try and stop the dogs. There's no problem one that

Lovely place to go for a walk, if you have a dog even better, very dog friendly! Well layed out Footpaths, and the actual park is a peaceful place. It can get a bit busy on the weekends.

After always driving past this place on numerous occasions , i finally popped in at the Keurboom park. I expected the place to be well kept. It wasn't. This place has so much potential. Why can't people not also have a braai here ? The play area for kids can be improved. It's a real pity , this place can be a outdoor jewel.
