Our
stay
this
past
Easter
weekend
was
not
good
at
all.
Upon
arrival
we
were
told
that
they
dont
actually
have
the
booking
for
our
rooms,
(which
were
made
6
weeks
prior
to
the
weekend
and
paid
for
in
full!)
and
they
will
'Upgrade'
us
to
another
hotel,
after
doing
research
we
found
out
the
other
hotel
was
half
the
price
so
we
waited
over
an
hour
for
them
to
sort
out
our
rooms
in
The
Cape
Diamond
Hotel.
Next
problem
was
the
size
of
the
rooms..dont
let
the
pictures
on
Google
fool
you
as
they
are
definitely
not
like
the
pictures.
They
are
so
small
you
literally
get
out
of
bed
and
into
the
toilet
at
the
same
time.
The
staff
were
extremely
unprofessional.
And
wouldn't
communicate
to
us
all
the
problems.
The
parking
was
a
complete
nightmare
and
not
one
staff
member
besides
the
bar
manager
would
assist
us.
Easter
Sunday
was
complete
chaos
in
the
resturant.
Most
of
the
staff
were
drinking
and
making
a
complete
noise.
Was
very
unpleasant.
Then
the
next
problem
was
upon
checking
out
we
then
get
told
we
have
to
pay
for
parking
per
day.
Which
no
one
informed
us
of
when
we
arrived.
I
would
Not
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone!
There
is
alot
of
things
that
need
to
be
improved!
