What a terrible experience we had this evening. Firstly the menus seem to have changed,all we wanted was a whopper meal,only to hear from the cashier that we could only choose Pepsi,7up or pepsi max...the other options would cost us R3 extra,what the heck!!!!!! There was a queue but only one cashier taking orders,we were served about 10 min later.The rest of the staff were "all busy" apparently making the food.After placing our order we waited a good 18-20 min for our food to eventually come out ,complaining to the staff made no impact,they looked at you as if they are doing you a favour.The place was so not clean at all...nobody bothered to wipe down the tables.After witnessing a kid poop on one of the chairs and no staff close by to clean up we hastily left.I will never return,because I shudder to think what happens behind the scenes. Totally disgusted.

The store is neat and the staff are friendly and efficient. We always get the Whopper and it's always good. Make sure you get seating in the communal seating area as they don't have in-house seating. Always a good bet if we want something quick and relatively healthy lol.

I ordered the Chicken Hot Chili lovers burger via bolt Food, Honestly I could not have been more disappointed. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a fairly decent meal. The bun was dry, the burger had very little so called “Tabasco” sauce on AND the portion was very small. Honestly the taste wasn’t great. Logged a complaint with customer care regarding the product quality. Refer complaint to Bolt Food, Their only response..... Pathetic.

A nightmare, 2 cashiers, queues and a lot of customers & Mr D. End of month can be better organised so patrons and customers both do not feel agitated. Saw my order,under the heated lamp, waited 10 minutes before my number came up. This can be averted by handling small orders quicker. Covid is still very rife.

Worst BK I've ever had. Food took way to long to prepare. When we eventually received the order, the food was cold. Chips tasted like it was prepared last week. To top this all, the order was not complete. I would never suggest this BK to anyone!! Rather have a garage pie than to support this BK.

Just got an Uber Eats delivery from Burger King Cape Gate. The fries and burgers were cold. On the app I requested no onions. On the slip it states extra onions. Plus a long hair in my nuggets. This shop will never see me again. Nor any online orders. At least the Pepsi was cold.

The service is fast and the waitor was very friendly. We had the whooper burger,drinks and fries and the kids had the King.Jnr burger/nugget fries and drinks. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Thank you so much BURGER KING 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

I'm very disappointed in the service my husband received from the Cape Gate Lifestyle Centre branch. While sitting in our car parked facing the inside I noticed my husband standing waiting for someone to move away from the counter, so he could place his order. There were 4 people hanging over & on the counter while my husband patiently stood waiting for approximately 10 minutes. I came very close to walking in to find out what was going on. Apparently there was also a delivery guy waiting on an order hanging over the counter. This is totally unacceptable because I know that the standard procedure is to move away once you have placed your order. Where was the Manager who should have stepped forward to rectify this? We arrive home to find ruddy pickles on our burgers when my husband always places an order emphasising "NO GARNISH"!!! We aren't going to waste our petrol to drive there again to have this changed. Quite frankly the staff are more interested in attending to their "buddies" than listening to customers specific instructions!!! I will be posting this on hello Peter as well!!

If you feel like something quick and delicious then Burger King is for you. I love the chili cheese burger. This Burger King is in Cape Gate shopping Centre so seating isn’t a problem. There is some seats inside the shop and many more communal seating outside the shop. The staff are very fast and friendly and their burgers are always delicious. 👌

Good day On Friday 08 September i visited your Cape Gate branch, i was using your app and gave the guy at the till 3 coupons for 4 wings, a burger, and 2 fries i paid and when checking my slip i saw that i was charged more then what i ordered, he then went to the manager for a refund and they had a conversation and he told the manager that i have ordered nuggets which i never did, he then went to his colleagues and told them also that this guy ordered nuggets and made me a liar i then got very upset and asked for a full refund on my order, not a good service from your employee to make there customers look like liars and not even apologizing. My wife and I decided to leave, because my appetite was spoiled in this. Will not visit your Cape Gate branch again.

Incredibly disappointed with the food. And to top it all off no mayonnaise according to the staff. Better planning needs to be done.

Delicious meal. Friendly, efficient service. The meal was value for cost. Ample seating in food court outside store. 😋

I loved the food there. Don't go there when it is peak times as there is a long queue and you have to wait for at least 20 minutes but if you plan it well you can go and do something else in the meantime and then when you get back your food is waiting. This is what I ended up doing and it didn't feel so long.

Food was good, fresh and tasty. The soda fountains all worked so I'm happy. They keep the standard menu, it can get busy during peak times.

They did not have Tomato/ketchup. sauce Sachets... not nice. They did not have Chocolate flakes for the Ice cream cones. I felt bad for the "poor" girl..giving us exceptional service and having to apologise to us for a management issue. Staff tops.

Service was good. Waiting on the food was also in good timing. Unfortunately the place is dirty and needed to be cleaned. Not only where we sat inside but a row of tables needed to be wiped.

Quite dissappointing that there was no Mayo... the mayo is the reason I ordered extra fries its just the best combination. Service was great though, staff was super helpful and friendly.

Definitely do not order from here within 2 hrs if loadshedding. They not only accepted my order but didn’t fulfill with no notifications and then cancelled. Mr D wouldn’t refund my money -only in-app credit which I did not want. Better to drive down there yourself

Staff are terrible and will rather chat instead of handing out orders. Also when they do decide to eventually hand out orders, they hand out orders in which ever order they feel like. They will skip numbers just to get the big orders out and make you wait and ignore all queries even if your burger is just sitting there waiting. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds in the mall or a different BK. Terrible service, really just do yourself a favor and stay away. Also, BK please don't come with a generic response to this, because that's just more frustrating.

One of the few take-out diners where the vegan option is actually edible 😋. Does not lack in taste or presentation and is delicious. The diner is clean and the staff super friendly and helpful 👌

Order number 39435 - Cape Gate Lifestyle Drive Thru, Around 3km from where we stay. Our food was cold and Bacon BBQ Pepper Jack Burger came with no rocket, which is the main reason my partner ordered that burger.

Uber Eats delivery of my lunch and it was not what I ordered including the drinks. They blamed Uber Eats for this order. I think Uber prepares their food as well.

When it comes to take away sit-down and eat. Burger king still need to catch up to the big boys. Customer service from the staff is very positive and i can say I enjoyed the bubbly assistance of Nandipha Maswana (she gave me permissionto use her name), who took initiative when i told here to choose my meal for me and told her what i feel like eating. She knew the menu and she gave variations. The meals she chose where totally AMAZING! Burger king still stands as #1 in the Burger frontier for the fast food franchise. Just dont like the fact that they have changed the beef patties ingredients to the same as MC Donalds. The store appearance itself could do better. NOT VERY CLEAN. They only started cleaning when the store was close to closing. But I can give an extra thumbs up on customer care, since no one tried to rush us to leave at closing time
