My friend and I went there for brunch. Their food was decent and the service was great. Their bagel was pretty tasty and the fruits were fresh. The lamb burger was a bit lacking in flavour. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.

COOKED is one of my go-to spots at the V&A Waterfront. ⭐️ Not only do they serve an excellent oat-milk ☕️ cappuccino and have a range of delicious, freshly baked 🥐 🍞 goods ready to-go at the counter but they also have friendly employees and a great atmosphere. Their bagels 🥯 are always high on my list of recommendations (plain bagels are under R15 and filled options between R65 - R95 at the time of writing), as are their toasted sandwiches 🥪 (R50 - R135) and the massive dark chocolate 🍫 cinnamon rolls (choc & cinnamon babka - R35) There’s seating options both inside and outside 🪑 and service is fast. Whether you’re planning to sit down or grab something on the go, COOKED’s got you covered. Find them near the entrance of The Watershed (on the Two Oceans Aquarium side).

Great ambience and delicious food. We ordered the hot chocolate and cold pressed berry juice (very refreshing!). The lamb burger was on point and the mushroom and cheese toasties was delicious. Love the cool hipster vibes of the Watershed as well.

5/5 for the lamb burger. Amazing combination of eastern and western flavors. If you like hints of coriander and fennel in your food, you’ll love the burger, though those flavors can be a bit much for someone not used to them in their daily diet. I loved it. Great service as well. Highly recommend.

The chicken schnitzel bagel was sooooo good. Best bagel, made in house it’s light fluffy and crunchy. Honestly the best bagel I ever had. Better than Montreal bagels. The chicken was thick and juicy with perfect crust. We had the lamb gozleme which is like a quesadilla. So freaking good with melted cheese. Get their iced latte, was like heavenly. Love this place, Lina served us and she was the best. Recommend to anyone who comes to Cape Town.

Superb! Absolutely the best bagel I’ve tried. I had the pulled beef bagel. Great service and nice ambiance. I would definitely come back again. Well done and keep up the good work!

We stopped for lunch in COOKED at The Watershed whilst we were exploring the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. It’s vibrant, full of character and a great place to sit and people watch over a coffee and lunch. I throughly enjoyed my Halloumi Bagel, which was absolutely packed full of flavor. The service was friendly and efficient, and was great value considering the location and the quality of the food. If you’re looking for a tasty lunch when in the V&A Waterfront, you won’t be disappointed with COOKED!

Friendly, warm and efficient with a personal touch. That's the service you receive. You aren't seen just as another customer but a family member coming to enjoy the best coffee and quality foods. Thank you Lina and Anna!

This is honestly my favourite restaurant/coffee shop in South Africa and I'm so lucky to live within walking distance. There's always a warm welcome, an excellent cup of coffee, and an amazing meal to be had. The staff are great people, the service is prompt, and the place is always neat and orderly. I'd give more stars if I could.

Nice food, taste was great and the plating really appetizing. They have vegan options, but they are not printed in the menu. But the wait staff was really helpful in pointing out which vegetarian options that could be made vegan. I hade the Nivik and it was super tasty. Since it's open inside a larger space it is a bit loud, but not much that can be done about that. It was still a real good experience.

The worst service ever. Extremely slow, all our orders were wrong and we had to ask the waitress to clear the table. Definitely won't return. Reply to business's response. I do not have a brother, and we were only 4 women at our table, so you did not receive any email correspondence from anyone from our table. We did not have any negative interactions with any of your staff and were friendly and courteous at all times. I therefore I find it very insulting that you are blaming us for the bad service we received.

Lovely place and great people - I had a flat white coffee with oat milk and the BLT Bagel. I enjoyed and recommend them both! Thank you!

Hands down, my favourite lunch and breakfast spot in Cape Town! Everything always tastes fresh, healthy and delicious. There is a good balance of niche items and old familiar classics on the menu. My personal favourites are the khoubiz & latkes — top notch!

Excellent food, coffee and service! Happy to have found this place in the waterfront area. Food tasted great and portions of good size. Prices are reasonable. I went twice in 2 days. Highly recommend!

Wow!!! What amazing food! The owner of the restaurant was friendly and welcoming! The waiters and waitresses were friendly and and offered great advice on the food. The chefs made absolutely gorgeous food! We will definitely be back for more! I can't wait to visit the new restaurant in Sea Point too! 😍

Great service and friendly staff. Had the soup of the day which was butternut and potato. Good vegetarian options and awesome "do it yourself" schwarma options! They charged my phone for me which was out of battery, which is also very kind and accommodating. "Healthy" and wholesome menu, no coke zero etc available, more organic and healthy options and focused on clean food. It's in the watershed market place, so you can go for a shop afterwards. Lots of tourists, so it's world class service and world class pricing as well.

Love this place! Nice staff and excellent food. Coffee is very good and big. Took the salmon bagel multiple time, the toasties are good and the sweets are amazing as well.

We had an amazing waitress - Trish - we almost underestimated the restaurant as it was thr only one we spotted at the market and We sat down. The food wow'd us. The taste, the presentation and service was on point. Thank you Cooked!

This is a little gem tucked away towards the aquarium end of the Watershed. Besides the delicious food and home-baked cakes, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. It's a place to relax and take it slow (although service is fast). Thanks, Cooked, for the love that goes into your food, and the warmth with which you greet your guests. I'd give you six stars if I could.

A fantastic hidden gem in the area. With take away or sit down options the staff were efficient, and friendly. The food was tasty and really well priced while still being fair sized portions too. The place is wheelchair friendly and there is plenty of paid undercover parking withing walking distance. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Honestly one of the best places to eat. It's food is absolutely delicious. This place is tucked away in the watershed at the V&A waterfront and we were lucky enough to find it. You won't be disappointed

This is closet place to the aquarium to eat and the food didn't dissapoint. Great flatbreads and Mediterranean type dips although i've had better hummus. Amazing toasted sandwiches and was happy that they served beers, ciders and wine!

An absolute gem at the VA Waterfront. We had such a delicious, inventive breakfast here. Staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered the latka beef and poached eggs along with the mama breakfast bagel. We enjoyed tea and coffee while watching the craft vendors open up their shops. The best breakfast we had in Cape Town ! Wish we discovered them sooner to enjoy more food at this lovely restaurant.

An amazing place to eat and drink great coffee. The food, the Halomi bagal is just fantastic, great reasonable prices for families too! Lenah served us and we really felt welcomed and it was a nice experience. Most people stastically never write reviews, unless it's compaining, or it was so good they wanted to express how good it was! This is one of those, enjoy!

Such a friendly staff. I had coffee at Cooked for over a month now. Always a great service, smiles and nice attention. The coffee is good, the food is good, the atmosphere is good. It's also conveniently next to workshop 17. So if you need to transform the coffee into productive work, it's the go to place. Thank you again for all the coffees, I will miss you.

What a gem! Service 10/10- Trish is simply a star, very warm and attentive. Food was absolutely delicious- had the smoked beef bagel and a beautiful cappuccino. The ambiance in the market is very vibrant and invites you to go back again and again. Overall one of the best restaurants in the Mother City.

Very disappointing food, especially given the other amazing Lebanese options in the city. The falafel was inedible, the bread and latkes half-raw, the rest tasted store-bought.
