OMG! My first visit and will most certainly not be the last. Absolutely everything was perfect. Steaks were legen...dary!!!! We had starter, mains and dessert. Wow! Wow! Wow!

Can’t believe it’s taken this long to experience NV-80. Everything was top quality from food to ambiance 🤩 if I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would! Price is also very reasonable for the quality. Management are doing a great job here! Highly recommended 🙏

I went to this restaurant for Valentines day and it was amazing. Their food was super yummy- its not often that a restaurant excels in cooking all proteins but this one does. Everything from the scallops to the flame grilled beef fillet, prawns, trinchado and chocolate fondant was so delicious. I would definitely go back.

I went in for dinner on a Friday night. This was by reservation. The doors opened for the restaurant promptly as the booking was just as they opened. Inside the atmosphere was very nice, and the dark theme / lighting added to the ambiance. The service was decent but could be better in my view. When asked to suggest items apart from the stakes, the waitor did struggle a bit. I selected the lamb rump with a side of risotto. The lamb was prepared perfectly. The risotto was a bit inconsistent in texture.

Real good upscale restaurant. Good atmosphere with friend and quick service. Good menu selection. Awesome wine selection. If you like oysters like I do, they are real good here. Come check it out.

Some friends & I arrived at this venue without any confirmed booking and we were warmly welcomed with a huge smile by Metalia and escorted to our table, thank you for that, much appreciated. Once seated we were once again greeted with the warmest smile by our waiter Mr-Q. This gentleman understands the concept of patron interaction and how to make them feel welcome and totally relaxed. Nothing was to much for him, he knew the menu backwards and was ready to answer all our questions and he also made amasing suggestions, thank you for that. We placed our orders and were blown away by the presentation and attention to detail, once our food arrived. I must just say I had the best Ribeye on the bone ever at this venue. The taste was to die for just as predicted by Mr-Q. The venue is absolutely beautiful appointed and the interior is totally on point, well done. If you are ever in Sea Point and looking for that special restaurant with amasing food, outstanding quality, taste and service, this is it. They really do have the best steak in town!! The rib-eye with a side of mashed potatoes is a classic... I highly recommend giving them a try... the atmosphere, ambience, food, staff... all incredible!

We were warmly welcomed at the door. They opened up the doors exactly 6pm like Google stated. We were seated immediately and the waiters were excellent, eager to serve. Our food arrived within 10mins, and the quality of the food was outstanding! i haven’t tried a better steak in cape town yet. It was our first time at NV 80 and it’ll definitely not be our last visit. Perfect date night.

NV-80 Grill & Bar is upstairs in the mall, take the escalator up and turn left. Fabulous place, always quite busy for good reason. The food and service are fabulous, fillet steaks are thick and so tender, paired with some great wines. Highly recommend 👍

This is one to add to your list of tales of great dining experience. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, the staff are friendly and the food is amazing! Highly recommend this as a venue for a great steak.

My wife and I visited NV-80 for lunch before our journey home after a week in Cape Town. It was excellent. Fantastic fresh food, cooked to a high standard. Great service and knowledge.

Delicious food. Service was on the slow side. Waiting an hour to pay the bill because the credit card machine was down put a damper on an otherwise lovely meal

Food was AMAZING! and the atmosphere was festive! Service was great with the staff always checking to see if we're OK. My Sirloin was amazing and the creme brule first class...would definitely recommend.

While the food at this restaurant was enjoyable and well-prepared, the overall experience left much to be desired. Our waiter seemed uninterested, and we had to wait over 20 minutes after finishing our meal just to get their attention for the bill (the resturant was fairly empty at this point and we could see our server standing and talking upfront). This prolonged wait significantly impacted our overall experience. Additionally, the air conditioning was positioned directly above us, causing our food to cool down quickly. This detracted from the otherwise delicious flavors. On a positive note, the hostesses at the door were friendly and welcoming. It's unfortunate that the service aspect fell short, as it had a significant impact on our overall impression of the restaurant. A mid-rating is reflective of the mixed experience we had

A real winner, from the beautiful dining room to the friendly staff everything was pretty much perfect. The menu is big enough to offer lots of choice but not so big as to make you worry and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient and the entire experience was wonderful. I am not in Capetown for long but will make a point of having another meal here before I leave!

Absolutely top drawer steaks here. Oh and you can’t beat their garlic rolls either! But 5 stars for good food and good service

Fantastic service in particular from Victor, Co-founder. We flew down from London and heard great things about this place. The steak is sublime! Highly recommend to go and we plan to eat here again before we fly back to London
