Love the food but service is just way too slow. Paradoxically the service has been getting slower the more popular the store has become. Was there on Friday 30 min after I had phoned my order through and still waited another 45 min. Please can you fix it...

Meals are a lot and we have become regulars Nwabisa is a good manager and Aweto. Please stay consistent. Other is also friendly.

The food is so good and always fresh and tasty however the wait at the drive-thru is ridiculous . Up to 30 - 40 minutes! No one has that time to sit in a drive-thru queue. It makes the entire experience bad.

Absolutely amazing! Brilliant 👌 took my family there one Friday evening during loadshedding and we had a good time the staff were nice the food was good and it looks very good inside and place is very clean and warm and beautiful!

I had a PG Glass lunch voucher and the staff weren't sure what it was. The manager Ankia, went above and beyond arranging my free lunch with the meal voucher and sat with me while trying to sort out the voucher to understand what it involved for future customers with the same issue. She was extremely friendly and patient and is an asset in the Cape Gate store!

The food is great, service is good. We just had to wait for our food a bit longer, but I guess it's because it was quite full.

Good food and nice customer service. Conducive and vibrant atmosphere. There is ample parking space. The place is not crowded and it is secure. The meals are relatively affordable. The service is quicker.

Waited 30+ min in the drive thru on a quiet night, the line was extremely slow moving. Order intercom didn’t work. Rude staff at the window. No place to turn around so you are trapped. Rats running around in the car park. AVOID!!!

To be honest I'm not a 💯 percent fan of Nando's (the food) but once in a while I do pop in. They are a friendly team, and I always have funny friendly banter with the team when I place my order whether it is going through the drive through or entering the outlet. My favorites are the spicy potatoe wedges and mozambique or lemon and herb chicken🔥💥

Really used to love this place but you've gotten my order wrong AGAIN today. I ordered one meal hot and one meal lemon and herb... Both meals were hot and my wife couldnt eat it. We had to wash the chicken and put it in an air fryer for her. This isn't the first time. I'll definitely be checking my orders going forward, but your staff should do that too.

The service was poor. I ordered for a take out and waited on the bench in front for almost an hour. Three customers who ordered after me got their take out and dine in before me. Also, I could see four drive through cars receiving their orders while I was waiting. When I enquired about my order, it was under the cashiers bench the whole time. No one called out my order and I was simply ignored. When I asked why this was done, I just got apologies and no reason. The food was not good. It was tasteless and the portions were small. I had to make myself a toasted cheese sandwhich afterwards. I used to go through the drive through often and never experienced any issues. This was the first time I went inside for a take out. Will never go to this place again! The standard and quality of the service and food has dropped significantly! Very dissapointed.

The staff here are my favorite. Always friendly and always smiling and making conversations with the drive through. Quality and consistency is spot on.

The service from the lady at the drive thru and the ladies in the kitchen was EXCEPTIONAL! Even when my payment situation made things complicated and they had to reenter the order one item at a time, they made the experience not bad at all by being so kind and pleasant about the inconvenience. Big thank you to them and I hope they all get raises

Great service, Great healthy food. A pity there is no Nando's in Worcester. The locals and tourists there have a sad choice between only two (won't mention) international brands.

It was a great Xmas day visiting this place i wish will do so every time and then.the service is at par,the food ,you feel at home

Yesterday evening we did a drive-through. The experience was disappointing. Firstly we barely could hear each other put an order. Secondly, the chicken was dry and had no sauce or flavor. Thirdly the wedges were stale, I couldn't even finish them. And the delays with no communication, that didn't matter the food was disappointing and the Nandos standard has reduced here.

I REALLY love Nandos, but I realise now why I eat more from other franchises like McDonald's.... You guys are way to expensive and people vote with their feet 😣(if they are hungry they just want to fill the hungry spot in their tummy.... So they'll go where they spend less. There were no customers inside the restaurant and only a few cars in the drive-thru... At McD just next door their shop was CRAZY BUSY

I like their food, but they always seem to forget to give me everything I ordered - this is the third time that it has happened. Only to return home and discover that some items are missing. I despise this because I have to drive back and the food is cold by the time I arrive home.

The food was good. The service was super slow and really disjointed. We waited 30min in the queue, and then handed the wrong food, lucky we checked.

We waited very long for our order and the chicken was not tender. We were informed the chicken was in the oven, hence Nando's trademark is advertised as flame grilled, which in this case sorely missed the mark in staying true to the brand! The coleslaw was very poorly made, as when it was decanted into a bowl, the core of the cabbage was very visible and prevalent! I can undoubtedly say that the standard of Nando's has dropped exponentially

Gave the food to the wrong delivery driver. Uber Eats then cancelled my order. I lost Almost R500, no food as delivered. Manager shouted at me on the phone telling me I can come to the store and face her if I want to.

My chicken was properly flame grilled, water was still coming out. I went back return it, had to wait so long for another one to be made by the time they were done my lunch time was done and the chicken was overdone and hard couldn't finish it(the guy who was definitely annoyed with me for returning, so he made sure he over cook it )

Drive Thru, a little limited space to drive. The speaker you talk to the staff of Nando's it seems you need to scream that they can hear you. The good thing is they gave us extra sous on the chicken when we asked them to do it. And we got to the last window and we didn't wait long to get our food. Food was nice and we enjoyed it, staff is friend and helpfull.

My daughter bought a whole chicken last night. The best chicken I've ever eaten from a takeaways. Sjoe Nando's you sure know your way with chicken. Thank you
