    This outlet is not always up to standard. A few times out of cooldrink. A few times got served cold food. Burger King is still a great place. This outlet just needs to pull up its socks. Also not very clean all the time when going for sit-in meals. To add, staff certainly don't know service with a smile, surely can improve in that department.

    Out of stock. We don't have patties for burger. The delivery truck is busy delivering stock but they didn't bring any of those patties lol. You need to wait because the food is gonna take some time. All the staff standing around outside as we pulled into drive thru.

    Tonight i went to buger king and this burger that i paid so much for was horrible not even like the one i had last week but oky this time i ordered again a chicken bacon king my favorite and alot of money but i got a chicken burger with cheese and bacon with tomato sauce NO ONION RINGS AND NO BBQ SAUCE no one at this branch tonight told me they were out of stock or anything i am so disappointed in Burger king brackenfell because i spend so much money for something i wanted hand did not received at all.

    Iam deeply disappointed because I ordered my king box peri crispy at 12:20 and I was told to park and wait. So I was waiting until 12:50 nothing was happening until I hooted to remind the ladies and still nothing was coming. Please iam kindly asking for the manager to call me and explain the level of service you're offering to the community

    Ordered food for 3 at the drive through, they never added the food for my 2 yo, which was now having a fit as i drove to McDonalds for a happy meal. Cant recommend as the screen not working in the drive through makes the issue so much worse as i will now never again trust that they have the right order.

    Horrible, got to the drive through. Cashier took my order, got to the pay station was told its out of order. I must go inside they have my order and waiting for me to pay inside. Only to get inside and to be told to wait in a long queue, even though I tolder the cashier I ordered at the drive through already. Obviously I refused and insisted on them calling the cashier at drive through to sort out the mess. Appaling...won't ever return 0 out of 5.

    First of all this is my first time doing something like this, but I just feel that it is so wrong on so many levels and unacceptable to just do nothing about this. I took my family to brackenfell burger King for lunch and spend R360 on food that was not quality at all and poor service on top of it, Where I also saw a manager who rather choose to laugh than try to make the customer feel like they deserve better than the poor service they have received. I ordered my meal at 12:03 and after waiting 20min for my food I heard numbers that came after me be called to collect I've seen my meal ready to be picked and packed but my slip was just skipped, I ask about it and was told they waiting on chicken which I've seen was ready and been given to someone els. Then when I received my order the quality and taste of my Texas BBQ burger with a dried out n burn chicken fillet made me honestly sick, the strips of my kids no better it felt like reel bad to be treated like this.

    Great service from Burger King in Brackenfell. Although they were busy, they still managed to prepare my order on time and deliver satisfactory customer service. I was very impressed with the King Sundae I ordered as well. It tasted so good! The bathroom at this Burger King is always clean. The restaurant itself is always neat and tidy. I love their variety of drinks available. Keep up the great customer service Burger King! 🙌💯🍔🍟🍨

    The food is okay. The bacon king was kind of dry, not as juicy as the normal standard, sadly not the 1st time, i gave it a couple of shots. The service was excellent, very quick.

    I had the worst prepared food. I usually order from this branch and always get the food fresh and warm. However this order (Fierce Whopper meals) was incorrect and the problem lies with the kitchen staff not doing their work. The manager can not fix it and only apologized. R250 down the drain...

    So impressed with this team! We arrived barely a minute before they closed up on Friday evening (no other customers in sight) and everyone was so kind and eager to help. We had expected eye rolls and resentment, but we got such good service. Thanks so much guys!

    Most horrible service, drive thru was closed and had to go in. Tables and floors was extremely dirty didn't even want to sit in all that dirt. Service was extremely poor, no ice cream. Waiting was long and staff so rude. I was at the opening of Burger King and this experience was really upsetting

    I'm rating according to Google maps who asked since I frequently visit there as driver the managers and stuff member does not respect Delivery guys the take us drivers 🙄 as rubbish 🙄 not even single value you can ask them where is my order they just look at you, also they make us cancel second order from uber if we have two orders which is wrong because we get also bad reviews for canceling of orders

    This is my second bad experience at this branch. The first time i was told by the cashier that you are only allowed to redeem 1 voucher at a time yet this time around that was not the case ? They also didn't pack my food correctly and I had to go back 3 TIMES , this time I didn't bother to check and once AGAIN they forgot my loaded fries. It's honestly a waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed. Please train your staff better.

    If I could rate this store a zero, I would. This is the third time this year that they've gotten my delivery order wrong. When I called to ask they always ask me to drive to the shop. So I must pay for uber and petrol to the shop. The shop keeps making mistakes and somehow I must be the one to take the loss. It's sad but you've lost me as a customer.

    We ordered the family meal, 4 burgers, 4 chips, nuggets and 2 dips... We specifically asked for no pickles and onions, all the burgers had pickles and onions. The nuggets looked 15 years old 3 of the burgers had no sauce, and one burger seemed to have all of the other burgers' sauce on it, it was drenched and the bun started to disintegrate due to all of the sauce. Just another franchise that has been run into the ground, absolutely disgusting and disappointing. BK wont be seeing us again or any other fast food outlet, they are all the same. No pride in service delivery!

    Wanted us to pay for a cup as cooldrink did not come with order. Paid for cooldrink. Staff way to loud and arguing. No greeting. Just miserable faces. Food just slapped onto bun looked awful. Never going there again.

    Just got home with a terribly rock hard vegetarian burger we bought for our daughter.. drove 15 minutes just to get there only to be disappointed. Won't be going back there any time soon

    Beats the tygervalley mall Burger King for the fact you able to drink your heart out and Serve yourself. At tygervalley mall it feels like a burden to push in the collect line to ask one of the staff for a refill. Brackenfell Burger King is also spacious inside and its generally more relaxed and not overwhelming.

    Just came from this branch. We ordered 2 whopper meals + pura cranberry and pomegranate and also asked for mayo sauce. We left with old dry cold fries, whoppers were okay, 2 cranberry puras and no sauce. A waste of money to be honest!!!

    Days back they used to be the best takeaway place...well on my list. Today we ordered large burgers and requested for them to be upsized (at xtra cost of course), but we were told No, we can only have them in small. And why we aske? Policy was the response 🤭. What the 😲😲!!! I mean I can go across to Mcdonald's and get an upsized meal but I chose you Burger King coz I wanted to and this is the service I get 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Do you want to lose customers coz of this service really? Well you have lost me coz I wont buy a burger and fries and get 250ml of drink, no ways.

    I had you as 4 starts but You guys are slipping....drive throu is always crazy slow....food is also not the same burgers used to be proper flame grilled now they taste like they been microwaved or something. Please man you were my favorite BK but the wait is just not worth it anymore Your staff is always super friendly though I appreciate that

    Visits at local outlet drive-thru on 15 and 16 Jun, at about 18:30 and 13:00 respectively. Specially driven there to buy milkshakes. The umpteenth time that the machine is not in operation due to either waiting on part or temperature not right, as I was told today. Service is still extremely slow. Don't know where is the "fast" in the "food". I keep on coming back to poor service. Still only 1 cashier in operation. I hope the owner takes note of this review. Do step up!?

    The first time we bought the "Bacon King meals" burgers it tasted like a little bit off heaven with a super nice sauce on it. Thereafter my hole family was buying it. Until last year (2021) Then the taste of the burgers went down hill. It was dry, the sauce disappeared and the bacon was small pieces scattered around. I spoke to the manager after I asked the personnel for better burgers.That didn't help! I think the picture of the burger will taste better than the big dry tasteless burger one is buying today. So be prepared for great disappointment!!!!

    I usually go to McDonalds but today, 24 December 2023, decided to try Burger King. Went on the website and checked out the menu and closing time. 21H00 for in-store and 22H00 for drive-tru. Got my daugter all exited about the new experience. Off we go to Brackenfell Burger King and get there just past 20H00. Both in-store and drive-tru closed. I confronted the manager about the closing time as shown on the Burger King website and on the store door, but was refused service. So we went to McDonalds and got our old favorites. I guess we'll just continue to support McDonalds going forward. I'm lovin it!!!
