I paid for my food at 19:11 through the drive-through. It's 19:24 still waiting. This is so unacceptable. The even interviewed me and wanted to see my slip after a mixup at their end. So bad.

35min in the drive thru after placing my order and chips old. Coke had no flavor just tasted like soda water.

The cashier who worked there this morning was extremely unfriendly with a huge attitude. I’ve waited to order at the order point for a long time, after calling over the intercom for assistance a few times with no answer I’ve decided to drive through to the pay point as there were no cars in the line and I thought maybe the intercom was broken. Just to arrive at the cashier, where I then wanted to put in my order and she didn’t want to help me and almost made me drive back to the order point. She eventually took my order with a very big attitude. Unnecessary experiences like this just puts a bad taste in one’s mouth. I drive through this McDonalds almost every morning to buy a coffee, but with so many coffee shops in the area I would just consider supporting someone else. At least the people at the food section has always been very friendly.

Service is horrible!!!! Staff members not friendly. Order for our family, 1. Kiddies Meal, they give the box without the cold drink and toy. Ask tehm, they only give the drink, ask again for the toy, the give a girl, for a boy, with an attitude! We ask for boy and simply turn his back on us. When you got home, our chilly cheese fries is so cold they and no peppers in it. Ag the list goes on! Poor pooor service from Macdonald, not the first time! It doesn't day much about the management.

So this lady let the cooldrink fall and eating the chips off the board while mopping and not cleaning her hands before touching the food again happened at 17:40 today very unhappy

Edit. They rarely have stock of the stuff we want when we go there. They dont have the ketchup dispenser anymore. Service has gone down the drain. My favourite McDonald's branch. I love going to this branch because they have decent employees that do not mind going the extra mile for you, really good service. The size of the restaurant is very decent, with more than enough parking space outside. They still have a ketchup dispenser, which you struggle to find anywhere else. All in all this is my favourite go-to McDonald's restaurant and I prefer this one over any other McDonald's.

Went to buy lovely ice creams cones. They assisted me in punching in my order. Place was nice and clean.

I was very disappointed when i got home and my order was incorrect however that changed after i spoke to Lindy over the phone with regards to what was wrong with my order. She is very understanding and would like to acknowledge her great customer service that she offered - please keep up the good work ! 🙌🏼

I don't enjoy using the drive-through, because many times the kids don't all have toys in their happy meals. With 3 kids that is not fun having to explain why one didn't get any toy and the others have. The staff are very friendly and sitting inside is quite nice. Play area is very stuffy.

Waited so long through drive through, not my first time. i was then asked to wait in the parking while i witnessed other people in the drive through getting their food. The place wasnt even busy. What is the point of the drive through facility if one must wait for their food. Last week i got melted icecream for R25 each. Service is really pathetic. Dont think they care about servive delivery.

Not a big fan of their customer service. We ordered from using the Uber Eats app recently and we were actually shocked at the service that was provided to us. The delivery driver only brought half of our food and once we told him that he said he needed that half back and he will be returning to the restaurant to fix it. Once we saw on the app that the order has been processed as a successful order we realised our mistakes and got in the car and drove to McDonalds Durbanville. We do acknowledge that the fault was not at Mcdonalds side, the following is what made me write this review. When we got there we asked to speak to the manager to sort out this mess, and the manager laughed in our faces and kept repeating that we are not their customer, we are UberEats’ customer. Although we do understand that, we have no way of contacting UberEats directly except via email, and their lead time via email is very poor. AND at this stage we have logged a query on the uber eats app with no response. Keeping all this in mind, we got there and the manager laughed in our face. When we exited the building we saw the UberEats drivers eating our food and laughing. I will never be supporting this McDonalds again as well as UberEats. For context, it was a R800 order that we received nothing of and essentially lost all of that money (for a student that is A LOT of money). I would love to hear back from McDonalds, but I highly doubt that happening. (We do have photo evidence, but google won’t allow me to upload it)

There drive thru is extremely slow. Only use it if you're prepared to wait for an hour for your lunch. And expect them to get your order wrong. Probably the worst McDonald's in the WC, where service is concerned.

Very bad and unfriendly service. We ordered 3 junior cheese burgers, 1 iced coffee and a colddrink.Waited more than 20 minutes for this order. Many people that ordered after us,got their food and went off. We were really not happy at all.After receiving our food, i said to the guy that we really waited very long for this easy order and he just ignored me,turned around and walked away!! You will NOT see us again!!

The food is usually great and the staff have gotten much friendlier but something is off with the drinks. There has been multiple times now where when ordering a Stoney, we get unflavored soda water, when ordering apple juice I've gotten what tastes like 10% apple juice and 90% water, and sometimes the Coke tastes like a no name brand cola. I'm not sure this branch is being transparent with the beverages they are serving.

I order a spicy Mc feast meal without cheese and when it was time to eat the was cheese on my burger even the sticker on the box said no cheese same with my slip now I have to go to bed without eating due to negligence 🤨🤨

This Durbanville Drive-Thru some ALWAYS messes up your uber eats/ mr D delivery. Either items are missing or they give you the entirely wrong order. I've never had this much trouble with any fast food restaurant. This time it was the chilly cheese fries, the order states 2 chilly cheese fries yet we only get one and the sauce on it was basically non existent. Just standard Durbanville Drive-Thru service.

The delivery is absolutely horrible. The drivers who were supposed to deliver kept changing. My food was delivered an hour late so it was cold. My ice cream was completely melted. Definitely not impressed.

If you are going to remove the double quarter pounder meal, and force people to request an extra patty on your single quarter pounder. Get your staff to do the correct job. I wont be back

Friendly staff. We just stood up and there was a staff member cleaning our table for should someone new arrive, they will get a clean sanitized table. Well done

My rating is 0 on customer service, your staff (a lady that takes the order and does payment at the drive thru) on duty is rude and absolutely unfriendly. Laughing and joking with the other staff in the back without a hi or anything. So much for customer service

The drive through was the worst service I have experienced, all there hot drinks are out of order and we were in the que for 45 min when there was only 2 cars infront of us. The service was slow and it would of been quicker to order from Mr delivery and then head off on our road trip.

I've Been coming to this McDonald's since it opened. Never ever have I received the service I received today.... Infact I have never received any service like this at any McDonald's. The staff members were friendly, kind and wanted to be here, they wanted to help me. The new way of ordering is a big change but the lady thay helped me was Patient and laughed at my jokes. Than you McDonald's Durbanville you surprised me today.

Not sure if they are under new management, but I have seen a deinitee overall improvement. Service is faster and friendlier, and food quality has improved. Will definitely be frequenting more often

Extremely rare occurrence that this branch will have orange juice or ice coffees on a Saturday morning for breakfast. Rather go elsewhere if you want orange juice or iced coffees for breakfast, every week is a different reason why they don’t have. Also, double check your order before you leave, I can’t recall one time my order was correct or package correctly. Absolutely useless, will not be returning.

What a fabulous experience with your warm friendly and efficient staff today. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 hot chocolates. I had friendly fast service and was kindly asked to park as the hot chocolate would be brought to my car. After my passenger had a little mishap she ran to get some servietts and shortly there after your wonderful staff brought us a wet and dry cloth to clean up the spill and a new cup of hot chocolate. What a bunch of superstars please tell them their smiles, consideration and kindness were greatly appreciated.
