Not
a
big
fan
of
their
customer
service.
We
ordered
from
using
the
Uber
Eats
app
recently
and
we
were
actually
shocked
at
the
service
that
was
provided
to
us.
The
delivery
driver
only
brought
half
of
our
food
and
once
we
told
him
that
he
said
he
needed
that
half
back
and
he
will
be
returning
to
the
restaurant
to
fix
it.
Once
we
saw
on
the
app
that
the
order
has
been
processed
as
a
successful
order
we
realised
our
mistakes
and
got
in
the
car
and
drove
to
McDonalds
Durbanville.
We
do
acknowledge
that
the
fault
was
not
at
Mcdonalds
side,
the
following
is
what
made
me
write
this
review.
When
we
got
there
we
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
to
sort
out
this
mess,
and
the
manager
laughed
in
our
faces
and
kept
repeating
that
we
are
not
their
customer,
we
are
UberEats’
customer.
Although
we
do
understand
that,
we
have
no
way
of
contacting
UberEats
directly
except
via
email,
and
their
lead
time
via
email
is
very
poor.
AND
at
this
stage
we
have
logged
a
query
on
the
uber
eats
app
with
no
response.
Keeping
all
this
in
mind,
we
got
there
and
the
manager
laughed
in
our
face.
When
we
exited
the
building
we
saw
the
UberEats
drivers
eating
our
food
and
laughing.
I
will
never
be
supporting
this
McDonalds
again
as
well
as
UberEats.
For
context,
it
was
a
R800
order
that
we
received
nothing
of
and
essentially
lost
all
of
that
money
(for
a
student
that
is
A
LOT
of
money).
I
would
love
to
hear
back
from
McDonalds,
but
I
highly
doubt
that
happening.
