Great quality sushi!! Worth a try. The presentation is delightful. All you can eat buffet is currently R199pp.

We officially made this our FAVORITE sushi restaurant! Always great service and never had to complain about anything (8-9 visits in). The sushi and service are amazing, and they offer a wide variety of dishes.

After our usual sushi go-to became disappointing, we tried several others... and Boathouse is fantastic. Wow. What great portions and variety. Small restaurant and good service. Buffet is MORE than money's worth. Tiny chocolate springrolls were the cutest. Salmon bowls are incredible. Definitely making this our new place to go.

I have been a big supporter of boathouse ever since they opened. They always give good service, but it's the good food that pulls me back every time. They never skimp on size, even if you are having the all you can eat. One word of advice, if you plan to regularly go there, you need to get to know the sushi that's not on the menu. Then you will truly be able to have the best sushi buffet of your life.

They were very busy so service was a bit slow but the food was excellent and definitely worthwhile! We all had buffet and enjoyed their deep fried ice cream.

Food was good and well presented in a boat . Food did take awhile to come out the kitchen. It took awhile between courses. But we where a happy bunch celebrating my daughter in laws up coming birth of her baby Boy.

What you expect of a sushi place. Tile floors, sparsely decorated and a few loose standing tables. It's perfect. The sushi is very tasty, and the boats they use as plates are a nice touch. Deep fried ice cream also delicious.

Fresh, tasty sushi and a variety on the belt. The waitress could not explain to us what certain sushi names on the menu compromised off, she herself was very unsure, but friendly. Inside is abit dated and old, the chairs are worn an peeling.you have a view of the parking lot of Pinehurst mall, and all the people passing can see inside, so perhaps a tinted wallpaper effect with something more pleasant than a parking lot on the glass windows and for some privacy would help. Could be a bit brighter and modern better signage and lighting. But definitely a nice place for a quick meal after work. And they deliver. The actual restaurant not great, but the food, sushi was fantastic, I would recommend the sushi.

Great place, has appr. 6 tables. And a popular takeaway option, with specials. I tried the sushi buffet for R219. It was amazing! Friendly staff, and they don't cut back on the amount of salmon for sushi. Will definitely be back

The food is absolutely incredible. Went for the sit down special. R155 for any 5 portions of the most fresh sushi I’ve had to date. Service was good as the place is relatively small but you can tell the sushi is made fresh every time. Second time I’ve visited this restaurant and I am very impressed

I really have to express my gratitude for the hospitality of this place. It's such a scarce thing theses days. The service was amazing, great variety on food. But most of all the feeling of being welcome... Thank you to the waiter Shaun. Keep it up!

The sushi was fresh and really really good. Will definitely go back. Presentation of sushi is creative. Lost a star for the fact that they had 3 out of the 5 drinks ordered from the menu not available. And no coffee. Otherwise.. loved it!!

Pathetic service. I ordered sushi on uber eats and waited 2hours for my food. Even after calling the restaurant 2 times. And all they said was that they are busy. If you are that busy you shouldn’t do deliveries! And when we finally received the food after 2hours it was sooo disgusting. The sushi was all messed up. And the quality of the way the sushi was made was sooo bad. The pieces was falling apart. This is not the first time we have been having this issue with this Boathouse. I thought lets give them another go but obviously i was mistaken.

Our experience was very satisfying, we sat at the belt and had the sushi buffet (R200.00 per person). The selection was a bit limited, but you can order off the menu (one portion of sashimi and no limit to prawn roses) the turnaround time is quick considering we were there at peak hour. The service at first was non existent but we finally caught the attention of a waiter and from then on it was great. There's plenty of free safe parking with easy access to the restaurant. The restaurant is small so make sure to book. We'll definitely be going back.

Got there just in time. Place is small and filled up very quickly. Took the option for buffet and thought I would be disappointed as you normally just get a lot of rice and little salmon. To my surprise the presentation of the sushi coming from the belt was of high quality. If I have to complain it was the salmon roses which could have had a little more TLC. Will definitely visit again. Well worth the buffet price.

By far the best sushi I've had! It's about 35 minutes from where I live, but I'm more than happy to take the drive for quality sushi. The buffet is excellent, a big variety and to top it all off, you're able to also order other goodies from the menu as part of the buffet. Will definitely be back!

My wife is the Sushi fanatic. I'd easily set my Sushi aside in exchange for decently prepared Chinese cooked meals. There's just no heart or stomach warming effect that a piece of cold Sushi provides... rather give me a bowl of Chop Suey and Flied Lice. But then if my wife's happy so am I... Unfortunately my daughter also takes after her mom so I'm bullied into Sushi quite often. Boat House does prepare some of the best.

Wow! What a hidden gem. Our second visit and will definitely not be our last. The sushi belt was full of a great selection and if you needed to order anything else, I would as we did, nothing was an issue. Emmanuel gave us great service. The food was stunning and I thought the buffet was great value. Definitely worth a try.
