Great atmosphere. It was very busy but the service was fast and friendly. The host made us feel welcome and sorted a table in double quick time. Burger specials are well priced. One of our burgers and the chips were unfortunately cold. The shakes are brilliant. Salted caramel and cookie dough.... yum. Definitely worth their good reputation and a visit is recommended.

We went for the Triple Threat Promo for R139 pp and I must say the chicken stripes & fries was very nice and tasty however the beef burger served was so so dry and tasteless and I did not enjoy the waffle as it was hard and so cold plus the syrup they added was too much for me and did not taste good. The staff was nice however the food was really disappointing. EDITED** We returned and I must say it was so much better then my first experience. The burger wasn’t as dry as first and enjoyed it. Instead of the waffle I then opted for a chocolate milkshake and it was so so yummy. Thank you for experience. The waiter and manager was very friendly.

The manager/maitre'd at the door has the most vibrant and beautiful energy. She always makes me feel so welcome and taken care of. The food at this branch is absolutely the best. If my schedule weren't so busy, I would come for lunch every day. But I only manage to bring my mom around occasionally for her favorite nachos. Thank you guys!!

Wifey and I went for a quick lunch and we chose Rocomamas in Willowbridge. We loved the quiet serenity and peaceful atmosphere and not lacking on service and quality of food. We had a very gud experience. So do yourself a favor and visit them. Highly recommended.

Great tasting burgers, lots of choices. They offer wings and ribs as well. Delicious milkshakes and waffles. Love their cheesy fries. Didn't have to wait long for our food. Friendly and efficient service by staff. Nd and outdoor seating area.

Spot the hair i am disgusted. Went to pick up our food after ordering it through uber eats, there weren't any drivers available. I wanted to take my chicken patty off to heat it up and was surprised by a hair... I am very naar. Please do a health inspection, they are clearly not worried about wearing their hairnets.

I opted for the triple treat promo, and it turned out to be an incredible deal. Not only was it affordable, but it was worth every cent. To kick off my meal, I had the 4 jalapeño bombs as a starter. For the main course, I had a beef burger. I then paired my meal with a blueberry milkshake (basically dessert).

Unpleasant experience. From the guy who greeted us, to the waitress, to the manager. My husband had the chicken wings special. It was cold and very oily. We asked to buy a replacement special to take home instead.They would not let us have the burger special to take home. Manager not concerned.Waitress was new so not her fault that the service was terribly slow.

I actually want to go to another place for waffles. But they were closed. We ended up at Rocomamas. And it was so delightful. We were received well by the staff. She was smiling. Nice music. Helpful staff all around. It makes me smile thinking about it. The waffle was too big. Lol. It was delicious. I ate as much as I could before giving up. If my main dish was smaller at the other place I would have finished the waffle.

Unfortunately had terrible service for the second time. We wrote the first one off as a one time thing but having the same issues again shows it’s a habit. Got seated, waiting for 10 minutes before a waitress came out to take our orders(only three tables). We had wait staff stare us down while trying to get the attention of our waitress for a drink. We did tell them the service is poor but got the ‘chance’ to listen to an argument between the waitress and assuming manager about who was responsible for letting who know that there was a table waiting. After telling her that they might need to work on their service our waitress got a little attitude. It’s sad as Roco’s is our go to place for great burgers.

Despite walking in during the peak lunch rush, we were seated without hassle, our little one recieved a complimentary milkshake, nice touch btw, and as a chef, its great to sit and watch a well trained kitchen crew operate like a well oiled machine. Great food, I had ribs, as-it-should-be fall off the bone with Old Skool basting, my father and missus enjoyed their burgers as well Keep it up guys

The chips/fries were very nice top teir quality cant say the same about the burgers and ribs could have done better. But it was a viby environment and i had enjoyed the stay reception and great customer care. Though there be an improvement on the food(but that's just my opinion).

I have been to eat here before and had a good meal but yesterday (Saturday 17th September)wife and I decided to try out their breakfast special and let's say I was disappointed with the overall visit. When we got there they were not very busy, so we got our table very quickly and got our drinks quite quickly but that's where the good service ended. After about 20 minutes the place only started getting busy yet it took 45 minutes to receive our food and then only I received my food...my wife had a further few minutes. Then when my wife asked for butter for her toast and was told she got the very LAST one left. It's early on a Saturday morning and you have already run out of butter? Another table next to us were also getting a bit restless waiting for their food.

Shared the evening with a friend at RocoMamas in Willowbridge. This being my first experience dining in at the restaurant (having previously only ever ordered in) I was impressed by the staff and the food. The food and drinks came very quickly after we ordered and the quality of the food was at their usual high standard. The waiter was very tentative and even the manager came over to check that all was well with our meal and experience. Would definitely recommend their Chilli bombs and fries! Will be back again.

Something is wrong with their cooking process here. When they serve you the burger, whichever burger you order, all non-meat elements like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickles, everything, is ice cold, as they just take it out of a fridge and put it on. I asked them to microwave but they do not even have a microwave (I will add that they did offer to remake the burger with everything heated up. Although, this should already be standard procedure). Out of 4 visits to this restaurant/burger joint, only the first visit was all the elements hot (early February 2022). So this means that the meals ARE intended to be made hot. Which tells me the chefs are sloppy and lazy and just take all elements out of the fridge and slap it on their burgers. Very disappointed in the cooking process. The food is not bad quality at all, it is the execution that is horrible. Other than that, serving staff performs to standard hospitality expectations and everything runs quick and smooth. Waiters are friendly and helpful. But don't sacrifice very necessary hot elements on a hot meal, for speed.

Not one to complain easily, but after two consecutive bad experiences, an honest review cannot fully compliment this restaurant. It must be said that during our second visit, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Perhaps, the way burgers are prepared here just isn't our taste. There is a tendency to add cold raw elements directly onto hot ones. This creates a serving temperature and texture that we simply did not enjoy. This seemed to be the problem once again this past Friday. The orders arrived, once again, at an unappetizing temperature. We asked a waiter for assistance, but were told that only the waiter that had originally taken our order would be able to help us. This was strange as the restaurant was not particularly busy and the waiter we were speaking to was not clearly otherwise engaged. No attempt was made to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, this damages the fun of coming up with a nick name and ticking off your favourite junk food treats on their menu.
