Bought hot pot and rasberry cooler and wedges...the bottom 2 wedges in the bowl were mushy and yuk. The raspberry drink was too sweet . I enjoyed the hot pot veri much. Thanks nandos

My mom lived in Rylands for almost 19 years and in this time, this is the Nando’s that we would always use. I love this restaurant. The decor is stunning, the staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. We have so many memories here of our family enjoying our meals. The one down side is the parking. It was always very hard to find parking and we would often park in the side road next to Nando’s. Since then, we now have our own Nando’s in Kuils River and my mother has moved from Rylands, we don’t eat here as often but only when in the area. But this Nando’s still is one of the best👌

Food was delicious as always. Only reason for 3 star is the seating arrangement. It is very cramped up in there! The width of the seats are so big there is hardly any leg space under the table. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. For 2 people it's maybe ok but for a family not so much. We were literally on top of each other. I will have to go to another branch if we have our kids with us when visiting Nandos.

Nice place, nicely decorated and clean. Happy and friendly staff. Food is excellent as always but you can see the change. Portions of chicken are smaller and french fries used to be much better. I always recommend Nando's... I just want quality to be back

Warm and welcoming cashier. Beautiful store and layout. Waitress was very friendly too. Although the chicken looked like it was kept warm or something because the outer skin was black and dry and the sauce was poured over it to cover it up. However, my fries were perfect and hot. My mom wanted to try the burger and being a fussy eater I was pleasantly surprised that she enjoyed it thoroughly without a complaint. Starter chicken livers and roll was good too.

I previously rated you guys a 3 starts but that was last week when I was there , I was here kn Saturday and again today , old rolls and gasless drinks , waiter says that the lemon kills the gas in a tropical sunset Anyway service was bad once again. Manager said he will make another tropical sunset. Drink came back the same , the service is just terrible this used to be my go to place but I don't think so anymore.

Went two days in a row. Had not been for more than ten years and not much has changed. Gave spicy chips with order and staff was a bit upset that I refused it and showing my slip that says regular chips... Was fixed though even though portion was significantly smaller...

Food was great but not the service, I stood in line for almost 10mins(no one in front of me), whilst they were busy sorting something out without telling us why we had to wait...or asked us to please be patient..

The new renovation looks nice and is more spacious. Staff are still so friendly and helpful. Will visit more often now. We'll done

The place is very noisy with the kitchen staff the main culprits, totally unacceptable. The young ladies that served were polite and well reserved. The front door is a disaster everytime it is opened or closed, I am disappointed.
