We visited Jack Friedman a few weeks ago and are waiting on a quote to hopefully get a ring from this place. We felt like this shop had unique rings compare to others. I always purchase something unique or at least made in the countries I visit. I saw this Africa continent shaped beauty twinkling in the display from the street and stopped by. Customer service is pathetic, we were literally just in there and the lady (with an accent) got so upset with my husband as she had no patience. Wow for a waterfront store you need to watch who you put in the front of your store as that is the face of your brand. Highly irritated and impatient asking my husband why he needed to come into the store if he saw something in the window. This is no manner to treat a possible customer...POOR SERVICE!!!

December I was at your waterfront branch and was looking for a initial necklace for my mom. Christine was the consultant that assisted me and she helped me so professionally, she was attentive and friendly and knew exactly what I needed. I saw a tennis bracelet from the window, decided to try enter the store as I was by the gate trying to enter the store mature blonde lady signaled the young blonde lady, her body language said a lot she didn't even want to open the gate for me with the remote .When she got out the store and told me everything in store is displayed on the window , I didn't like the way I was treated please have an online store if you do not want people entering your store.

Our experience at Jack Friedman V&A was special. We told one of the ladies there what my fiancé was looking for and she led us to a lovely lady named Suraya. Suraya is absolutely amazing.
