This club, paired with a good diet, has changed my life. Since I started (8 months ago) my weight has dropped from 112.6 kg to 90 kg (I'm 191cm tall), my cholesterol has dropped from 6.2 mmol/L to 4.5 mmol/L and my waist circumference has dropped from 101 cm to 84 cm.

I've recently taken up training at the Armoury and it's been a fantastic experience. My coach (Seth) pushes my limits, while Elsa and Katherine manage the gym to near perfection. I don't have anything negative to say about the Armoury, the only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because I believe that that there's always room for improvement in any sphere. Really a top notch place.

Its an amazing place, all of the trainers are so nice and friendly, the general vibe of the whole place is great. Boxing there is so much fun and a great way to get out frustration!!!

Great boxing club! Well kitted, good vibes, great trainers! They get you going big time, real good booster. I really enjoyed the fitness and learning the basics on boxing, plus they have a shower!!! Would really recommend for ladies to try it out 💪🏽

A nice quiet place for relaxing

I was so nervous to try out boxing after doing a different martial arts style for 17 years, but a personal training session with Dom just made me feel so comfortable. Such an amazing guy and always keeping the session lively with his belief in his clients abilities! Thanks for making me so comfortable and at home Dom! And to the owners for being willing to have motivating and supportive conversations around where to from here. Such a lovely atmosphere.

This is an amazing boxing club. Ailsa, Catherine and the Coaches are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I always leave feeling invigorated, less stressed and motivated to keep learning. If you’re a beginner interested in learning boxing skills and fitness, Ladies That Punch is their best training course to begin with. There are lockers available if needed; toilets and shower always kept clean and there’s secure undercover parking available.
