I have had the privilege of working with Matt and he has help me in so many ways! He is a great coach and mentor so I highly recommend booking some private session with him. As for the rest of the gym it's is filled with some of the best fighters in South Africa and on a world stage. Eveyone is very friendly and the gym always has a good vibes!
