Kraalbaai is the most amazing place in South Africa to lie at anchor! Beautiful nature and scenery. Toilet facilities and fresh water available on land, but no showering facilities.

Small reserve but beautiful. We spotted a number of birds we haven't seen before, and the views from the picnic spots are incredible.

Beach is Beautiful... toilets are horrible... the House boat staff member Johan thinks they own the parking... threatning a R5000 fine... When entering at the Gate usually you just pay through the window , this year it was different you needed to get out and walk into a office...

This easy access from the langebaan to the national pafk. The flowers are so beaitiful this year and was such a lovely day out in nature and take a drive through Postberg. Best way to enjoy the park is from the R27 gate entrance. For me it is more beautiful than from Langebaan while visited last time in december. Entrance for SA Adults R104 pp. Lots of bird species, bucks, zebras and ostriches. Also braai and picnic spots available. If weather permit, kraalbaai beach is awesome to be, i usually go in summers as kids love to be there. Next 2 more week going to be awesome flavours in the park.

Was my third visit. It's defn been revamped over the years and the gentlemen was very friendly at entry... the lagoon hasn't changed much which is amazing

Beautiful place. This isn't a very busy park even in peak times. Its perfect for energetic people with plenty to do, bird watchers have ample opportunity to enjoy the hides or the raptures that hunt all along the road. Its a very peaceful and relaxing stay and the view doesn't get old.

The West Coast National Park was extremely busy between Christmas and New Year with hundreds of visitors by car, speedboats arriving from Langebaan and up to 22 yachts in the bay. We were lucky enough to be on our yacht in Kraalbaai and the festive atmosphere, the warm, clear water and the white sandy beaches are world class. Arrive early if entering by vehicle as it gets crazy busy at the entrance gate!

stunning place with lots to do and see. a day is not enough time to take it all in
