Very disappointing. Everytime I order take away I found that there is something missing on my order. A whole chicken suddenly comes with 7 pieces and only one leg. I ask for perri perri wedges and I dont get it. And I dont live close by to just go back to get the order fixed.

I placed a phone order and received a confirmation and time with the order number and I arrived on time and my order was ready ... excellent service and time was on point

Horrible quality and the portions have gotten so small yet the price continues to climb. I ordered something that came with a salad and got just lettuce, since when is a salad lettuce only?

Delicious food as always. Service could have been a lil better. It wasn't bad. But could've been a lil better One of the new designer drinks. Tropical sunset. You guys have to try it. Sorry for the blurry picture.

Food was nice

I am very disappointed, everytime I place an order online I ask for extra sauce🙄! When I get home there is barely sauce nevermind extra sauce. You order online and have to wait in line with people who must still place orders even though you have already paid. There is 4 cashiers but only 1 is taking orders and assisting patrons. I love Nandos but you guys make the meal not enjoyable, give me what I ordered or I will much rather drive to Vangate Mall.

The food taste great but by the time it arrived my beverage was finished and I was almost full and had to take the rest home

Nando's is one of my favourites. They only do chicken and it seems like they have all their dishes done to perfection. My favourite is chicken liver in peri peri sauce. All dishes can be served as Extra hot, Hot, medium, mild and lemon and herb...so you can choose your spiciness. Definitely recommend.

Always good fresh a warm food love this branch. However communication skills of staff members need to be worked on.

I love the Nando's franchise and usually order livers and pap but today it wasn't the that good. It had way too much garlic in it and as you can see.. the pap was merely covered by the sauce and it really wasn't good at all... please do better

I have ordered a whole lot of things at 17:00 and waited till 19:20 from Uber Eats and had to send my husband to the restaurant to get our supper and then they didn't want to give my order to my husband and to top it off I didn't get what I ordered. Instead of 2breakfast punch juices for my kids, I got a water and a apple juice, instead of tomato hotpot with casa pap, I got a prego chicken hotpot with normal rice which was very frustrating. I'm so disappointed in Nandos promenade mitchells plain.

This is the third time I’m ordering from nandos promenade and my order is wrong. It’s honestly so disappointing to get home to a wrong order, especially if you live far.

Nando's Food is superb. Service is good, and the Promenade Mall place is too congested kinda of small nowadays and the counter is congested too. Otherwise, Nando's is the number one healthy food restaurant with Mitchell Plain. I always feel better when I eat in their place.🥇🤝😂

Oh man, always a pleasure going to Nandos Liberty Promenade Mall, Mitchell's Plain. Haven't been there in 5 years, but still the same fantastic service received from the staff. Frequented this Nandos whilst living in the area....i have nothing but great things to say about it. Love the renovations. Looks more homely and intimate. If you are in that vicinity and want the best chicken in Town, coupled with great customer service, go to Nandos Liberty Promenade. You won't be disappointed.

I've sat down there once, I mostly grab take aways. Getting food on a wknd can be a problem as it's very busy and sitting down can be uncomfortable since it's a popular sit down destination in mitchells plain and it's loud. Other than that, the food is good havent had a complaint yet. Not my favourite Nandos but because eof proximity, it's my go too

My strips and rice were lovely my burger tasted horrible though. The chicken tasted like rubber.

Could've been better

This is the pathetic Festa Chips that they gave me - it is no even a small chips portion and the sauce and chicken can't even be mentioned. Nando's R54 for this portion is daylight robbery.

Great service fantastic food

Great food but just hate that I'm told it will take 15min but clearly does not. All I need is honesty Nandos. But as mentioned foods always great and up to the expected standard.

Frankly I'm extremely disappointed to begin with there's no butter with the dish and we.all no how tasteless a roll can be without it on top of that they have dirty cutlery and glasses and then the nightshift manager african lady refuse to assist us and is just plain and simply unfriendly the waiter was nice trying to accommodate bet her attitude from afar was rude also...This is just treating our people like animals we too spend alot of money for our meals....very very disappointed

One Nandos in the entire Mitchells Plain area and they only sell 100 meals a day with their birthday special. This meal is sold out daily before noon! We need another Nandos! We need more meals!

Always a long line but I never waited more than the time said by the assistant at the counters. Correct order and food is always good. What more can I want.

It been almost a year since a I've been at nadoes promenade I think. But they have have improved alot fodd was 100% . But belgravia will always be number 1.

The staff at the are not wearing gloves while preparing food no at the door to make sure customers are senitisering when entering the restaurant. Worse part the killed workers not wearing masks properly thts covering the nose highly disappointed at Nandos staff.

After waiting almost n hour on your food order n the food wasn't prepared properly that honestly bad service. The staff members that works there doesn't look like they follow protocol neither are they customer friendly. I dont think nando's promenade is even worth rating. Thank you
