The service even though there was a queue was great, the lady at the front assisted me with great patience and very friendly. She took me through all my options on the ordering machine without myself feeling rushed to make a quick decision. Thank you for the patience it goes a long way!

Your drive thru is slow in general compared to other Mcdonalds but today was just ridiculous. Finished my whole 30min lunch break while standing there and my office is 5mins (by car) from your shop🤦‍♂️ The queue wasn't even long when i got there...2 cars ahead of me but i might as well have gone inside because im sure i would have been done much faster than the drive-thru🚮

Is this a big mac? Was I supposed to request sauce on my burger? What's a girl got to do to get some salt on her fries.. come on now???????!!!

BAD Got a big mac with 3 buns inside. Like when you dont have the proper ingredients just say you dont have the burger. This just ruined my meal and my night imagibe I drove home to this, DURING LOAD SHEDDING. Incompetent

They have no respect for customers. Customers have no say in anything. When you kindly ask to make changes to an order & willing to pay, they agree then tell you no the kitchen staff don't want cause have too much orders. They're so pathetic and sslow. Customers don't come first in this outlet

Worst service ever! Manager has a don't care that waiting so long attitude. No sense of urgency to service. They all hide in the kitchen, it's like nobody wants to service the customers in the store. And this is the 2nd time I've been in this store and it's like this.. Food , cold of course, because they don't want to look at tables around the corner for eat in meals.

I was at the restaurant and there were 8 servers. None were cleaning yet I waited 45 mins for an order. Moreover, the toilets are pitiful! The water dripping after you wash your hands is murky. The soap smells horrendous

Very dissatisfied that with the egg Mcmuffin meal, they don't have the orange juice available.... they been out of stock for weeks now..or a Saturday morning when I go. Yesterday when asking the lady where is the oj she uprubtly said supplier out of stock and my respond to that was maybe you guys should look at a new supplier 😆 and she just gave my slip and started with the next order 🤨... funny thing... I was at McDonald's Westgate Mall the 19th Jan and they had oj 🤔 was at Kuilsriver the 14th Jan and no stock ....

Service extra slow. Waited long before order was taken. Then had to wait again to pay. Never got service like this even in busy times. Was always satisfied in past.

My children love chicken nuggets. well they have enough stuff, response is quick but I had to make calls upon most missing items in my order accordingly.

The staff can't get orders when ordering online. I order stuff plus paid for it and never reveived it. Why partner with companies if you can give all the time great service.

Its seriously just dissapointing having to wait for your order for almost an hour. Having your kids nag and see others come afterwards and getting their order's. No man, I've had better service before please don't downgrade with your service.

Food and service is good, however when using the drive thru I have been experiencing longer waiting times also security needs to be more visible as there is kids begging for money when you have your windows down placing your order. Otherwise I go there on a regular basis with no other issues.

The food was good, can't fault on the recipe. Since my last review on the service at McDonald's, it has improved, I did not wait too long for my food... the Atmosphere is simply busy and people waiting for their food.... would call it vibey.. If petrol wasn't so expensive, I would have chosen the drive through instead.

Yesterday we were hungry and decided to make a quick stop My daughter and I had chillie cheese fries we couldn't have large because there wasn't large containers.(not my problem) management must make sure they stocked up. Then we get home my daughter ate her big Mac no sauce are we suppose to say make sure there is sauce on?or should we check this was super annoying that my child had to eat a dry burger. Your place needs training or something this is totally annoying. My order number was 3446 or 3442 I dont have the slip because I didn't think we would have to bring this to ur attention but reading the reviews we see your branch is a problem.

Just love Mc D Kuilsriver. The staff is always ready to assist when I struggle at the self help section. Myself and my hubby pop in almost every Tuesday for our much loved Oreo mcflurrys

had no Spicy options available for a busy franchise they should plan better, made us go inside because they were offline. 1 minute later they start assisting the customers in the drive through line. pathetic service.

30+ minutes and food not yet done despite being on the "please collect" board. Nobody at the till for paying customers. Workers are on their phones, when you confront or question any of them they just look at you and walk away. If you don't know how to manage the peak times semi properly, then either downscale or upscale your workers. They're disrespectful and clearly don't care at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However they are extremely busy and you need to be prepared for a lengthy wait if you go inside to order. Drive through seem to be the way to go and better option, but still expect to wait. Best advice is to visit one of the surrounding mcdonalds that is within 2km of each other. It is not the staff's fault, just simply too busy.

My order included a regular strawberry milkshake, the entire time I thought there was ice in the shake only to finally open up the shake and find a bottle squeezer cap at the bottom of my shake. should this have been my child or any other child's shake it could have resulted in a choking hazard. This is unacceptable and very unhygienic!!! Very upset customer, Please ignore the star as i was not able to post my review without rating it.

This Mc donalds never has ice cream when I order ice cream. There's always something they don't have! One has to forever and always"could you please park there they will bring your food" really the worst!!!

Don't like the new order system 😒 the staff were not very helpful aswell and there were few things unavailable on the self order system but no help from the staff all they said was you have to order there

Absolutely terrible experience. Went there on Saturday evening, about 19h45. The drive through queue was way down the road, this part appeared to moving at least, because inside was far worse. People were sitting waiting for orders well into 45minutes. There were only 2 ladies in front working at there own pace of course, with an entire line up of food sitting in bags on the front counter in front of everyone, yet no one knew which orders to call out and numbers. This branch definitely needs to employ better management as standing for my dinner in a fast food chain for 45min is ridiculous. Staff in the front appeared very casual and laid back and wasnt concerned about customers getting frustrated.

This is where my son learned to say McDonald's. Whenever we drive he'll remember and since then, we can drive passed any MCD, he will remember the name. However, always great to buy a burger or kiddies meal by them.

I been a customer since 7 years ago and Saturday I have experienced the worst service. My son didn't feel too good so I took him to his favourite place which is McDonalds Kuilsriver. I come buy meals by McDonalds Kuilsriver every Friday and nowhere else. Never have I waited more then 52 minutes to be exact. I had to go and ask the waiter who helped me at the desk where my meal is at and the people at the back packing the bags of meals screamed my meal I ordered he was so hungry and for impatient . Please guys up the standards. I'm very dissapointed,I don't know whether il support yous ever again and to top it off the chips didn't even taste like it suppose to. I could not turn around coz he we were on our way home in traffic.

My husband ordered as usual through the order box and we always sit down. My Cuppucino is always with a cup but the lady at the coffee bar throw it in a foam Cup I went to her explain it her she put in a normal cup insaid Thank you and she didn't respond looking unhappy but they brought the food to us. I was not happy with the service. I will go to N1 City like inuse to go there.
