I
have
had
the
worst
experience
with
this
store
and
Browns
Head
Office.
I
would
suggest
that
you
do
not
use
them
for
your
special
occasion
if
you
are
looking
for
quality,
honesty
and
a
seamless
experience
with
a
store
that
can
deliver
on
time.
They
continuously
make
up
stories
for
their
mistake
or
failure
to
comprehend
simple
basic
English.
The
sales
lady
Thuli
from
the
store
sold
me
a
ring
and
assured
me
that
they
are
able
to
customize
any
design
and
it
would
take
10
business
days
to
complete.
After
10
working
days,
she
did
not
contact
me.
I
went
to
store
on
my
own
and
the
ring
was
actually
delivered
to
the
store
the
previous
day.
The
ring
was
the
same
standard
ring
as
the
one
I
viewed
and
it
was
not
customized
to
my
specifications(width
band
1.9mm).
They
looked
at
the
collection
order
and
they
confirmed
its
incorrect
and
just
apologized
and
said
they
will
get
back
to
me.
I
sent
several
emails
confirming
the
specifications
and
they
confirmed
that
they
understood
what
was
required
and
the
workshop
is
aware
of
this
order
and
they
will
definitely
be
able
to
customize
the
ring.
I
gave
them
another
chance
to
correct
their
mistake
and
they
asked
me
to
wait
another
10
working
days
again.
Instead
of
prioritizing
this
order,
they
seemed
to
have
a
don't
care
attitude
and
made
we
wait
the
normal
turn
around
time.
After
10
working
days
the
ring
was
not
ready
for
collection.
They
sent
me
a
picture
of
the
ring
from
head
office
and
it
was
now
customized
but
with
the
incorrect
specifications(width
band
1.67mm)
The
band
was
way
thinner
than
it
should
be.
I
gave
them
5
weeks
and
they
are
unable
to
customize
a
ring
but
they
will
tell
you
anything
you
want
to
hear
just
to
make
a
sale.
If
you're
planning
for
a
special
day
please
don't
wait
on
their
promise
as
they
are
extremely
incompetent.
Update:
I
don't
think
your
response
actually
states
what
happened.
I
had
to
go
to
store
to
get
a
refund
when
i
realized
how
incompetent
Browns
was
in
following
instructions.
You
were
under
the
impression
that
you
actually
had
the
width
correct
as
you
sent
me
a
picture
with
a
caliper
attached
to
the
ring
confirming
that
you
have
my
ring
ready
with
the
correct
width.
I
requested
a
width
of
1.9mm
and
you
made
up
the
width
to
be
1.67.
This
was
due
to
the
fact
that
your
collection
order
form
stated
it
to
be
1.8mm
which
was
incorrect
and
even
after
I
asked
you
several
times
to
correct,
you
assured
me
that
you
have
noted
my
requirement.
I
have
asked
several
jewelers
since
if
its
possible
to
customize
a
band
to
a
certain
width
and
they
have
all
assured
me
that
it
is
a
simple
task.
My
current
band
was
also
customized
with
ease.
This
was
clearly
a
miscommunication
that
occurred
between
you
and
the
craftsman
due
to
the
incorrect
collection
order
form
that
Browns
created
when
duplicating
the
collection
order
in
order
to
make
a
new
ring
after
your
first
failed
attempt.
You
wasted
over
a
month
of
my
time
so
please
stop
making
up
anymore
excuses
for
Browns
being
at
incompetent
jeweler
and
store.
