The service I encountered was outstanding, starting with the professional handling of the first email by Sean, a dedicated watch enthusiast who's passion for craftsmanship, design, history, and the pursuit of unique or limited-edition pieces was evident. Stepping into their store and making subsequent visits, Amy and the staff treated me like a queen, making me feel like their most valued client. Even when I changed my mind about a design, Amy was accommodating and eager to assist. Clearly, customer satisfaction is a top priority for this team, and I look forward to returning to their store. About 3 years ago I made my wedding band at Winhall & de Stadler in Blue Route mall. On my honeymoon one of the stones fell out, I went to the store and they instantly replaced it at no cost. Since then, a stone fell out again, I went to their new location and once again, they replaced a stone at no cost and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes. The service and kindness at Winhall & de Stadler has been so phenomenal. If I should at anytime upgrade, this will be my go-to store. Well done on excellent service!

It was such a pleasure to deal with Winhall & de Stadler Jewellers in Constantia Emporium. The designers helped me design the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding band!! They explained everything we needed to know about diamonds and the two ways of manufacturing - either handmade by a highly skilled goldsmith or CAD design and cast. So informative and affordable for all-round quality service and products!

My diamond ring was ripped two weeks ago when a wave caught us off-guard in a tidal pool and I ended up on the rocks. I took it in to Winhall & de Stadler to sk if it could be repaired. My experience was absolutely great from beginning to end. My brief was to refashion my own engagement ring plus two diamond rings from my mom into a new trilogy engagement ring. I met with Amy: she was charmingly professional and immediately saw the potential for creating a new design which was similar to the former one but with a modern twist. I really appreciated the fact that she was sympathetic with regard to the emotional attachment that I had with the rings. She used the three stones plus the gold which was a great financial bonus as well. The end product is just what I had in mind. I can highly recommend the service of Winhall & de Stadler.

After visiting about 6 jewellers who wouldn't work with my husband's wedding band for one reason or another, I reluctantly went to Winhall & de Stadler (the location alone intimidated me and I expected to be charged a king's ransom for the adjustments I wanted). I was welcomed so warmly, they listened patiently to what I thought was my complicated vision, they gave great advice and charged more than half of what I expected to pay (I almost expected them to change their minds and offered to pay them right away!). I can't say enough good things about them, and will recommend them to anyone

Bought an engagement a couple of years ago and my husband wanted to get me a new one. I came in to find out what is the value of my ring. I think the owner was rather rude, did not even greet. I guess he thinks I can’t afford their rings the way he treated me and didn’t even give me any time of day. So rude. They can keep their business and I’m sure I’m not their clientele hence I was treated that way. Re: Yes we bought it from you in 2019. I came back because of that service but it was from the ladies, so I was rather let down when I was not given the 5 star service you pride yourself on. I will not be returning, thank you.

Three years ago my husband and I bought our wedding bands here, and we never looked back. We drive all the way from Kuilsriver to have our rings cleaned and resized here. They never charge us. They are always friendly and ever helpful. Amber is my go to girl. I have recommended Winhall and De Stadler to several of my friends. They have something for every occasion. The quality and service are amazing!

I previously gave these jewelers a bad review because I had thought they they didn’t replace my grandfathers watch battery correctly. But after coming back and asking what the problem was I found out that it was just a bit of moisture trapped inside but they where very polite and clean the entire inside of the watch for free within 15 minutes. Very good jewelers in my opinion

What great customer service. I was helped by Sean in resizing my rings. Nothing was too much trouble, wasn't rushed and everything was explained to me in great detail, he was so friendly. He even replaced my watch battery something Peter Gilder seemed unable to do. Following on from my great experience 4 weeks ago I decided to entrust them with resizing my wedding ring that had never been off my finger in 49 years of marriage, it was an emotional moment having it cut off as my husband had sadly died 2 years ago. Sean was so sensitive about this that he lent me a ring to wear in its absence from my finger. I also had my mothers wedding ring removed and resized, 4 rings in all that were returned to me in showroom condition, they looked as good as when they were placed on my finger all those years ago. I would also like to thank Pete who was also involved with having to deal with my arthritic fingers that seemed to change size on a daily basis, but he helped remedy this. I can't stop looking at my fingers with these gleaming rings back in place where they belong. A great experience, thank you. Another positive experience, a ring had started to wear and needed building up. Once more this wonderful jeweller restored it as new. They always put the customers interest first.

Thoroughly impressed with the friendly and professional service. Sean was most helpful in the design of a pair of cufflinks. Speedy service. Within a week I had a beautiful, bespoke pair of gold engraved cufflinks. I strongly recommend Winhall & de Stadler for anyone who is looking to have a unique item of jewellery made up. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE! - unless you like being disappointed, inconvenienced, outraged and annoyed all the time. Absolutely appalled at the way you guys operate your business! My husband and I came in to your store in November 2018 looking to purchase a ring. In January 2019, my husband paid for the ring we both liked hoping he could propose with it. After waiting 9 months for this ring to be resized, he had to buy a different ring from another store to propose!!! I’ve literally been married for over 3 years now and I haven’t seen that ring in years and we paid for it in January 2019 (almost 5 years ago)!!! Every time we call asking for a refund you guys have an excuse as to why you haven’t processed the refund or the safe was never open in order for us to collect the ring instead!! I am tired of calling you guys and getting excuse after excuse! If I could rate your business at 0 stars - I honestly would!!! All I want is my refund! At this rate, my grandkids will be born before I get that refund!
