If I could give you a 0 rating I would. I was a distance learning student started with False Bay on 14 January 2019. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! Had to follow up with regards to registration because I wasn't registered for the correct course, didn’t receive all my textbooks. Whenever help is needed or requested by lecturers and emails are sent to lecturers they don't respond, which was extremely frustrating as a distance learning student. One of the subjects had to be re-written 3 times due to the incompetence and unorganized lecturers working there. The lecturer even lied to the campus head as to why the students couldn't complete the test the second time around, I then complained and completed a withdrawal form on 28 March 2019 and forwarded all emails to Marian Theron the distance learning campus head to "investigate" the matter, to date no response received regarding the "investigation". I had to continuously follow up to confirm whether I had been withdrawn. Received feedback on 12 April after yet another email sent to False Bay and then received a confirmation that the withdrawal was processed on 8 April already!!! I then inquired with regards to my refund as all fees were paid upfront and due to the LACK OF SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF CORRESPONDENCE received from False Bay was the reason for my withdrawal. Marian Theron also forwarded an email where she was talking about me, when she was supposed to follow up with her colleague Magda Williams Credit Controller, regarding the withdrawal requested, where Marian Theson advised Magda that I'm bugging her and had a nerve to forward the email on to me!!! This morning I get an email from Magda advising I'm only going to be refunded R757 for a course that was almost R3,000????? How ridiculous is that? I WANT MY MONEY BACK because it's due to the putrid service I received from False Bay that I withdrew and the way the matter was handled by the campus head is extremely alarming. Absolutely have no way of dealing with people.

Totally unorganized college!! Kids are supposed to start college and now they singing a different tune. You are waisting the kids time! The women that answers the phone gives you wrong information and is rude and sarcastic. And why are the kids not getting all their money's? Why the deductions? Where are the deductions going too? Noise needs to be made. Emails needs to be sent to the Education Department. This needs to be be investigated.

Management and those in charge are disgustingly behaved. It does not matter what there documentation says they do what ever they want and all cover for each other. A student with an issue may as well not approach any members of staff as literally all of them are as helpful as a poke in the eye

STILL waiting for results from 2 years ago. Plus there's outstanding certificates owed to me.

Good college to study at just wish that they let you write your exams closer to where you live whether you a part time student or distant learning , I mean isn't that the point 🤔 please help them see the reason why there's more then one college petrol and traveling are expensive for students otherwise a very good college.

a total niightmare to do distance learning at.The staff are incompetent ,unresponsive and they make no effort to communicate with students.They need a lesson in the use of modern technology.
