Bought a bicycle there for my daughter. All the parts were stripped. When I returned it, I had to call them back a week afterwards because of no feedback. Asked for the manager and they taunted me. Spend about 2.5 hours arguing to get a refund. Afterwards they made me look like the bad guy and I had my 9 year old daughter crying for her bike. This is the worst place ever. Never buy anything from here.

They are overpriced and the parking attendants (car guards) really get on your nerves. They are adamant, they will take your trolley with your groceries in, even though you said NO. Had a major issue a while ago where one of them stole things out of my trolley. This was reported to management and nothing was done! You dont feel safe when shopping there

Hypermarket was terrible.the loud music playing from three sources in the shop.also the quality of products is detiorating at an alarming rate, they selling suspect products which clearly does not seem right, stuff thats off even before expiry date and they selling reduced stuff on the last day which is off.I think as a Hypermarket customer for the last thirty years the management is sucking.

Neat clean space. Speed humps in place to regulate traffic speed. Decent shopping space with banks, Food lovers electrical lighting shop banks other than the Pick n Pay Hypermarket

Visited the store on black Friday. Purchased a washing machine. Two small issues. The price advertised in store wasn't the same as the online catalog. Instore was R100 more. Manager fixed it. The run around to ring up the purchase was crazy. But I'm understanding since it was black Friday. Maybe better planning going forward.

These new renovations have made the shopping experience, not to be desired. Try buy any thing electronic. You get told you need to pay at the electronic section, must pay for your grocerys at the till. Then it changes, you get escorted with the item to the grocery till. Like you want to steal it. No one knows the process, talks like you don't even exist. .

Good place to shop. But it is huge. Be ready to explore especially if you don't know the store. Unfortunately they are doing renovations. I am sure that this will make the store even better.

A bit frustrating. It was a hunt to find things. I guess with signage going up the experience will be much better. Really like the bigger isles. Flow to tillpoints also much improved. Staff at tillpoint was very friendly and helpful. All the best with a busy festive season on our doorstep.

I enjoy my shopping experience at PnP Hyper Brackenfell. There is a wide selection of products and produce. There is clothes, electronics, houseware, food and baked goods. Staff is friendly and there is always a special. Its a one stop shop for me and my family.

The mall is ok. You have everything under one roof. The one thing the Pick n Pay can improve on, is the service at the electronics. The staff are knowledgeable when you can actually find someone to assist you. The last time we went to purchase a tv and there was not one person to assist, and the security could not reach a manager, so we left and bough a 55" tv at Cash Crusaders.

#update been shopping by you guys for so long ...but this is very disappointing selling products that has passed its expire date yes its at reduced cost but still you cannot sell expired goods wow wow ...I want a full refund and compensation. I will be awaiting ur response There food really needs an upgrade in appearance..and to top it all off they sell rotten potatoes... they did in fact refund me but still they should not be selling stuff like this .

Nice shop with all the quality products, BUT, the Shopping Mall owner/s decided to close the pedestrian gate Queen Street so I and many other residents that live nearby now need to walk all around, up the motor vehicle ramp dodging vehicles. Much more dangerious in my opinion than them saving on possible robbings via that gate. So I am rather walking to another store.

Thank you Marilyn the front line Supervisor for always attending to my needs. Thank you for working yourself to the bone and being so diligent at this store especially when you have to man the Frontline on your own, yet making sure each client is satisfied. Thank you for your smile. Thank you to the cashiers and packers for smiling and greeting and thanking us. A positive attitude makes the day go by so much easier. So Kudos to you Marilyn, You have really shown Management skills upon each visit. A true Gem and asset to the company. Lastly to the Bakery Manager, you are doing a Great job... The bakery items always so delicious.

this is a very good place i love to go shop here when i have enough money they have nice products but its not cheap like shoprite sometimes some items are cheaper sometimes its more expensive so the points system is not really working for me because me i only buy grocery from R200-600 soy point takes years to get to R50

It has everything you need from daily shopping to getting clothes, electronics ect. I go there all the time

Too much. I hate all the bins with specials. Looks unneat as if people are too lazy to stack shelves. Where does the idea come from that if I need one article I landed up with three because they make me think I get one free.

Such a great mall with a great variety of shops. However.... The bathrooms are shocking. Steer clear if you have kids that always need a bathroom in public. If you're just looking for a few bargains and a massive Pic n Pay for your daily needs then go ahead.

Yesterday I popped in Pick n Pay Hyper (we call it the big Pick n Pay also)for quick grab pay. Normally it feels so nice going there, but that hole shop that's so big was to hot inside and I had my doubts if the food would be ok to buy. For example buying eggs in the hot weather is a no.....you'll have a few rotten eggs and fresh milk will be sour. The staff on the floor was only a few and they didn't look very helpfull. Looking at some products prices was a shock. I would surely be thinking twice to go shopping there again.

Spacious shop with spacious parking. You will find a variety of goods and groceries. The space makes it easy to shop and always create the feeling of not being too overly crowded. Early morning shoppers, unlike the other Hypermarkets, might find a bit of running around of staff as I was told a few times their told are not ready yet. Other than that it complies with the hyper standards.
