Yes was there yesterday. It depends on what time of the year you go there. Yesterday was cold and wet, very wet with rain. But it is a beautiful place. What happy to go there. Friends of mine move in to the area, so was my first time in this place. Beautiful views and friendly people. Will be going back in the summer. All good.

Wonderful beach, ever changing with different morning, to daytime, to sunset crowds.

Great houses and a sense of being on holiday but you live here. Houses are spacious with great gardens. 2 minute walk from the beach with a small mall for all last minute purchases. The community has a whatsapp group for updates as well as services offered in the gated community. Security is strict and an ID or drivers license must be shown. Visitors are called and must give permission before you may enter which gives a sense o of safety which as a South African is hard to find....

24hr security access controle complex. Very safe and clean environment. Pet friendly, pools and parks. Well maintain landscape gardens. Walking distance to beach. Diversity of people. Excellent choice for property investment.

Good beach for reading, chilling, having a picking, smoking a joint, taking a run or just to enjoy the flawless beauty of the false Bay.

Good security, reasonably maintained but it must be challenging to maintain the estate with that salt drenched sea air coating everything 24hrs a day. Small plots, shoe horned in. Obviously very affordable but just too many people in one estate. It has some high risk neighbourhoods nearby.

Quiet and safe complex with 24hr security and electric fences all around the property. About 4-5 pools and great parks for kids to play.

Beautiful safe gated communities, lofty shallet type houses in an almost Arizona type settings with sunshine throughout the entire day. Majestic table mountain coupled with Lion heads finishes off this beachfront community. Need transport.

Love this complex. Wouldn't mind staying there.
