Although their items are very well priced and of great quality, your clients stay based on their overall experience, not just merchandise. I was absolutely disgusted by how rude the gentleman was to his clients. He refused to assist a woman that was standing at his store since 7am, all because she asked him a question. So disappointing that clients get disrespected like this.

First hand experience of how rude this gentleman is to clients who support him and appreciate his business. He rudely just declined the woman in front of me from entering because he didnt like the way she looked through the window and he personal image. There were plenty of other instances where the owner sees the blatant need to disrespect and turn away clients at will. Although being a reliable store, your clients stay based on service not just stock. Dissapointed to say the least.

A little jewel nestled in the CBD where you will find an array of jewelry for both men and women. Very affordable items. Very friendly staff. The opening times and closing times are advertised on their walls. The owner is very polite and goes the extra mile for his customers.

After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst. I was there on a saturday and the store was packed. Which made me understand why you not allowed to roam around while you decide what you would like to purchase. It is quite irritating to wait So long in a que. So before saying the owner is rude understand the situation. When it was my turn to be assisted the staff was friendly and patient. Showed me what I asked for and I knew more or less what I wanted so it's easier to view there items on their Instagram page to have an idea of what you want. I got everything I needed without feeling pressured. Owner was friendly greeted and was very fair with helping people that was in the que first instead of the ones trying to jump the que. Overall good experience friendly helpful staff was just very full.

Beyond terrible, went the for the 1st Time today, many of you were Correct about this owner, I did reviews last night but still took a chance, he forced to use his own sanitizer as I told him I can't use it due to my eczema on my hands I use gel based sanitizer, it's his shop so I can't enter If I don't use his sanitizer, and because it's his shop he complained about me not looking him in the eye, (who died and made you God?) now can someone please explain to me, since when do I have to look in a shop owners eyes, and then he looks for backup by the people behind me, saying I'm glad there's is people here, sorry Mr Little Ruby exactly what you are very little but my health is more important then your shop, may I add his the 1st shop, that didn't allow me to use my own sanitizer, the very first since corona, department of health is there any law against using your own sanitizer, the way this guy wants people to be with him, Is actually how he should treat people especially his customers, people like you get will get there day eventually

What a hidden gem! I was looking for plain sterling silver rings to stack with midi rings, & they had exactly what I needed with a few minimal designs (arrow or infinity sign). They had my sizes (I have small fingers) & their prices are unbeatable. So glad I discovered this shop & will definitely be back!

Good variation and quality of jewellery for affordable prices, it felt slightly overcrowded however. Store employees were knowledgeable of the products and we very helpful. Would definitely recommend if looking for simple inexpensive jewellery made of decent quality materials.

The owner is just purely unprofessional and full of excuses. I made an appointment a week in advance via Facebook messenger and all was in order. This morning when I arrived, he gave me some dumb excuse about not being able to assist me anymore as “something came up”. He said he was trying to contact me via Facebook messenger which I deactivated. However, this was my second time at his store and his employee took down my contact details when I was there the first time. A message via sms or WhatsApp would’ve sufficed. This would’ve also saved me a 60km round trip to attend the appointment. He was clearly sitting on his gat and from where I was standing, it did not seem as if he was busy with anything else. All I wanted was to purchase some goods in bulk as per company policy. Disappointing service. Would not recommend at all.
