It is a sad day when a company uses the Bible to justify not serving customers on what is supposed to be their happiest day. In my opinion, everyone is entitled to hold their beliefs, but in my opinion this does not give you the right to discriminate. I think it is against the Constitution of South Africa.

Please only review if you yourself have experienced bad or good service from Craig Marks & not just through what you think you may know via an article. It has taken me 6 months to write this review but better late than never. In fact that statement sums up my experience with Craig Marks. He took a little longer to deliver than originally claimed but he delivered in the most magnificent fashion. My fiancee still glances at her ring every 2 minutes because it is beautiful and so is the workmanship. I'll state that his price was also more than competitive. Highly recommended but do allow for more time than claimed, I guess it is a boutique service and product...

Upon meeting with Craig for the first time for my fiance's 1ct engagement ring, I felt as though Craig was very welcoming and great to deal with. I received great service, he was friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with the service that I decided to purchase the wedding ring from him as well. After I made the deposit for the engagement ring, feedback and service was just awful. Not a single one of my calls were answered or returned. Messaging was terrible as well as you get no reply unless you constantly message to check up. I waited a month for the wedding ring with barely any feedback. My valuation certificate that was promised was sent to me months later after I had kept asking for it. It's very worrying and concerning not hearing from someone who has taken so much of your money. For some reason he became very cold, very unfriendly and near impossible to deal with. Taking into consideration that I spent what I had with Craig and the fact that I was a returning customer, I assumed I'd get the same service that I had recieved the first time. But it was just an awfull experience. I definitely would not return, nor would I ever recommend Craig to anyone.

I had a idea of a design in my head for an engagement ring and Craig made it not only into reality but even better than what I imagined. Craig is incredibly helpful and informative, and knows(and loves) what his does. He works well within your budget. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the final product is beautiful. All communication was done via WhatsApp which was very convient, and the whole process was smooth with no issues. - I told Craig what I wanted and had envisioned, my budget, what precious metals and stones I wanted as well as give him a rough visual design I made in Microsoft Paint. - He then shortly the same day have me a quote with a breakdown of all the stones and metals as well tell me the time frame it should take to make the 3D design and to manufacture once approved - After paying the deposit, the 3D design was send within the timeframe he specified. I then approved the design for it to be manufactured - I then recieved a message from Craig telling me that the ring is ready to be delivered after the final payment is made, and an image of the ring was included as well. - Once the proof of payment was sent, we then arranged for delivery and I recieved the ring. All in all a great experience and I love that I recieved a 3D design included in the price of the item. Would highly recommend!

I bought an engagement ring from Craig Marks in 2010 (which is still beautiful). Then bought anniversary earings in 2016. I've just received delivery of a wedding ring tailor made to my budget and design. Am very happy!
