Really nice, well organized parkrun on the beach

Will definitely be doing this ParkRun again (in summer). Very different to other ParkRuns in that you run/walk on the beach for 5km. Definitely taking a dip next time!

Lovely park run event which always starts at 8am. The 5km run / walk is all on beach sand and takes place regardless of the tides. There are lots of little cafes on the beach front for breakfast after. A wonderful way to get your Saturday started.

Join us every Saturday at 8 o'clock, come hail or high water, for a 5 km run/walk on the beach. A lovely family outing. After the run/walk enjoy a lovely cup of coffee/tea and breakfast at one of the many little restaurants. Melkies is the place to be 🥑🥝🍎🍇🥓🥪🌭

A pleasant timed run along the beach. The sand was nice and hard except for two short sections so one can still run a reasonable time. Well organised with friendly volunteers.

always a good experience. lovely to see so many people all happy to be there, doing something purely for the good of it! you see many mums and dads with their kids and babies in strollers, or even on their shoulders! definitely dog friendly:)
