She made me feel at ease, took the ring from me and by miracle made it happen, she fixed my wedding ring. Upon receiving the ring, it looked brand new, she rhodium plated it and I was speechless. I had a ring custom-made in 2022 and recently contacted them regarding an issue I had with my ring - the owner of the franchise and Cassy (whom I bought the ring from - she now works at Jack Friedman V&A) were so gracious and generous about correcting the issue - I couldn't recommend Jack Friedman highly enough!! (Particularly to anyone planning on having a highly detailed custom piece made - the craftmanship and attention to detail present in their rings is extraordinary!!) Bought a beautiful tanzanite stone from the ladies at this store. A big thank you to Ruby, Lucy and Chanté for their patience, hospitality and good laughs while waiting for me to resolve an issue with my bank. The three ladies carried themselves professionally and they clearly knew their stuff when it came to precious stones.
