My husband went for a procedure at cure on Friday. No one called me to inform me that I may fetch him when I got there the reception area was dark and doors were closed. A nurse came to the door and asked what I wanted.. I informed her that Im fetching my husband she then proceeded to close the door and walk away with no further word from her, my husband eventually came out with another nurse with the instruction that she had informed him what he needed to do... I told her he was out of it... We were told to contact the doctor on Monday.... When I cleaned my husband he had scratches on the left side of his body... Deep scratches down his body that were not there before the procedure... This is the most unfriendly and unhelpful nursing staff I had ever encountered. Public hospitals give a far better service.... Would not recommend at all! If I could give zero stars that would be too much

What an amazing experience albeit a day only, such a pleasure! The gentleman and the lady at the front desk greet you with such enthusiasm and sincerity and aid you in your form filling. Patience and compassionate. Then the nurses! Wow! Such care and consideration for your pre and post procedures. Compassionate, friendly and understanding nurses that are there ensuring your valuables are safe and that you are monitored frequently before discharge. I know factually that when the anaesthetic wears off my volume button is tremendously high and they where so lovely and kind in my recovery. I unfortunately do not know their names but everyone on duty on 23 June 2021 Thank you so much for the care, love, compassion and support you showed me! God bless

Amazing experience at this facility. From the minute I walked in until they walked me out to my car the evening I was completely comfortable. The sister, Janine, who helped me get settled in was amazing! Everyone was laughing, telling jokes and having a good time. The care I received during recovery was amazing, especially given that I wasn't feeling well after waking up from anesthesia. Thank you all for the wonderful care.

I have never heard of this place until today when I had to bring my daughter in law for a gastroscope and what a lovely day hospital it is, in deed. Such pleasant staff who gave me a delicious cup of cappuccino!! They're always checking up on me, while waiting outside in the waiting area. I would definitely recommend this Cure day hospital for your daily procedures. 👍😉

Super impressive by the level of professional I received from this hospital. From the receptionist to admission and waking up from my theatre. I can’t pinpoint one individual because everyone was super nice. They even escort you out of the building to ensure that you are driven safe home. Thank you so much to everyone from Cure Hospital 🙏

My first time at this hospital and I have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved. From the two receptionists welcoming me to the facility, to Rosetta and her chocolate cake, to the doctors involved in my surgery, to Levai the friendly bed-taxi driver. Smiles all round and a job very well done overall. I am very impressed and I recommend this facility to anyone who may be considering a day hospital, at a fair rate with excellent facilities and service!

Great service at the endoscopy unit. Lovely staff and Big Up to Prof Van Rensburg for the thorough service given. You are a legend. Also thank you to the kind and friends anaesthetist who took the time before and after to check in with his patients. Can the staff please wear masks in the theatre please please.

Had my knee operation on 19 Jan 2023. From the moment the doors opened I gt greeted by the biggest smiles from the reception ladies. The paper work was easy and quick. I got admitted and the nurses who helped me was super amazing and sooooooo friendly. After the operation they were patient and was at my bedside the entire time lol felt like a VIP😊 Thank you for the great service we have used the facility before and never get dissapointed.
