    InsideOut keeps me sane and feeds my soul and spirit as well as health and fitness, and this is largely due to Jason Barnard, a magnificent trainer! He never fails to be enthusisistic, upbeat, full of humour and stories, and gives the perfect amount of motivation. Jason together with his wife, provide a professional, honest and superb service. It is very well priced which in tough times assists to be able to keep this essential part of my life going. A HUGE thank you to InsideOut, I cannot recommend it enough!

    Jason has been my trainer on and off for over 11 years. He is the most dedicated,fun,enthusiastic and professional trainer you will find. His routines are well thought out,prepared and interactive.He is extremely supportive and will offer alternatives for those with injuries. He is always adding value and advice that is invaluable!!!I can highly recommend Jason!! You will also form life long friendships with the ladies there 😀

    Inside out Fitness provides a wonderful opportunity to exercise outdoors, to get fit and healthy while making friends with like-minded people. Jason Barnard is a very experienced and knowledgeable trainer. I have been training with him for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed it!

    I have been a member of Inside out Fitness for almost a year and I love it .I cancelled my gym membership after 20 + years of being an active gym member. I love being outside. Jason is such a positive person and very encouraging and I have met a great bunch of ladies. It doesn't matter what age you are or how fit , you do what you can !

    Cannot say enough good things about Jason and his InsideOut team! You can see in every session just how much Jay loves what he does. He puts 100% effort into planning and running them, and will accommodate anyone’s needs instantly. The sense of community and the incredible scenes I have experienced in the Kirstenbosch class keep me coming back and recommending InsideOut to anyone who will listen. Not only is it an excellent physical workout (which you can take at your own pace with alternatives given by Jay, without any fear of judgment from others) but I am the biggest advocate for its mental health benefits. I would not have achieved my undergraduate degree, and soon to be Honours degree, if I didn’t have the stress release and rush of endorphins from an InsideOut session to get me through my toughest seasons. Come give it a try and see how much better you feel on the inside and out!

    Joining InsideOut Fitness has been the best decision ever! Jason is an experienced, encouraging and friendly coach. His classes are carefully curated to be fun, effective, and it changes up all the time. I can feel the benefit from the fresh air, beautiful surroundings and endorphin kick. It's such fun to meet up with the ladies and look after ourselves and our health together. I can't recommend Jason's classes enough; it's been a lifesaver for me!

    Inside Out is a wonderful way to end (or begin) the day - mountain views , fresh air and a really good workout. Jason keeps his classes fresh and exciting with new routines, and lots of laughs! Great both both the mind and body.

    Jason is a wonderful trainer. His classes are always well planned, interesting and effective. It’s a great workout. I love that it’s outdoors and it’s always fun. I highly recommend InsideOut Fitness to anyone!

    I remember asking Jason to please stay as my trainer until, at least, after my Otter Trail. I felt that The Otter needed my utmost fittness level, and Jason certainly pushed me. That was in 2013. Today, in 2021, in a different world, Jason with a new venture called InsideOut Fitness, and me following a Zoom exercise class, I still feel the scope of being able to go harder, go further, do more. This factor is of utmost importance to me. Being older now, with some....limitations, I find Jason as encouraging as ever. Limitations, injuries are taken into account and an alternate exercise is given that either works the same muscle group/area, or an entirely different area is worked, but one that is pertinent to you. My body feels as strong now as it had when I tackled The Otter. P.S. I very seldom give a perfect score as I think that the journey to perfection is so much more adventurous and exciting.

    I have been training with Jason ( Inside out fitness ) for more than 9 years . He has a positive attitude which makes you want to train harder , always willing to go the extra mile for all the ladies in the group all fitness levels . There is a wonderful atmosphere training outdoor as well online . High recommended on all platforms and there is a reason one keeps going back Jason makes workouts awesome and fun .

    InsideOut is really the best fitness class I have experienced. I love that there are multiple classes during the day that you can choose from depending on your schedule. The outdoor classes offer the best experience and my favorite class is the early morning one at Kirstenbosch - watching the sunrise from the Boomslang is a moment to experience! Jason is also a great trainer. He is attentive and knows when to push you or when to go easy on you especially when you are dealing with injuries.

    The best fitness class, ever! For one monthly subscription, Jason offers four classes at different times each day. My favourite is the 5.45am class at Kirstenbosch - a truly incredible start to the day.

    I've been training with Jason since 2017 and I still love it! You will never have a boring exercise day and will definitely break a sweat. Jason is a fantastic trainer and the magic of Kirstenbosch makes the early mornings worth it.

    One of the best decisions I made was to join these classes. There is such a great vibe, Jason's passion and excitement is absolutely contagious and you cannot help but leave the class in a better mood. Getting fitter and stronger is an added bonus. Its a safe space for all ages and fitness levels and there are always alternatives whether you are starting out, have an injury or maybe just having a tough day.

    Jason and Kirstenbosch are an unbeatable combination. Love the early morning outdoor workouts- even in winter. The peace and tranquility that follows you and settles in your bones, is worth it. The body toning is a bonus. Jason holds space for everyone with humour and encouragement. All levels of fitness is accommodated and all body shapes are welcomed.

    A great outdoor fitness class where you work at your own pace. Take a pick between watching sunrise from Kirstenbosch or catch the sunset behind table mountain from WPCC. Jason is highly motivating, caring and professional, he provides alternative movements if you have an injury or for those who want to challenge themselves further. Great class. Great trainer. Great community.
