    Malcolm is unlike any other personal trainer I have worked with before. He uses some unconventional equipment and exercises (not used as standard in most traditional gym-training settings I have been in). That, plus the fact that no two sequences or sessions are the same keeps the training fun and interesting. I can feel the results of our work after every session. He also has in-depth knowledge of anatomy, and knows when to pull back, and so although we work hard, I never feel like I am at risk of pushing myself to the point of injury. Malcom is without question the best trainer I have worked with to date, and I can’t recommend him enough.

    In early 2020, i had a spinal fusion resulting in 20 months of minimal activity, because i was afraid of injury. in this time i lost confidence in my body’s capabilities and added unnecessary weight to my physique. Since working out with Malcolm, i have regained trust and strength in my body and its capabilities. I feel strong, capable and BONUS i’m losing weight too. i’ve been with the Gymnasium 6-months and fully intend on staying a life-time member.

    The experience of training with Malcolm was amazing!!!! In the month that we trained I saw my body quickly transform, gain muscle and flexibility. When I came to Malcolm I asked him to focus on arms and butt, we worked out together 2-3 times a week and I saw a change in my body so quickly. I loved his dedication to finding different exercises that truly had an impact in my body! I would recommend Malcom to anyone who wants to commit to an exercise training that REALLY works!!!!!!! THANK YOU Malcolm I will see you back at your Gym soon!!!!!!!

    Malcolm is a wizard in his field. He has created a beautiful space that doesn't make you feel like you are in a gym environment while still having more than all the equipment you need. Malcolm values form over all else and he has an incredible knowledge of anatomy and the muscles that should be activated in his vast array of exercises, correcting posture and movement during classes with a continuous level of attention and concentration. The results have been profound... I am training as a first-time participant in the Cape Epic and Malcolm's classes are helping me immensely... both from a confidence point of view as well as by being strong & agile on a bike. The combination of strength and flexibility is perfect in getting me fit and avoiding injury, as well as keeping the rubber side down as I have the inclination to gravitate to the steep stuff on the mountain😀. Cannot recommend Malcolm and his Gymnasium enough...

    Malcolm is Magic! After just three months of two sessions per week my body is changing, my posture has improved and I feel strong and grounded. The magic is: we do work hard but always leave energized. What else is there? The room is aesthetically pleasing, the tunes and company always nice, Malcolm has an endlessly varied mix of exercises, knows every muscle in the body and keeps all of us focused. I highly, highly recommend it.

    A completely tailored training experience. I was in Cape Town for a few weeks and was used to having a personal trainer. I found Malcolm and he was very easy to work with. From the beginning he identified some specific weaknesses that were likely contributing to ongoing discomfort when I trained with weights. He tailored a short program for me that helped to increase my mobility and strengthen weak points. After only a few sessions I can tell my posture is improving and I was more balanced overall. His sessions felt more like whole body physiotherapy than personal training. Highly recommend him to take your training to the next level. Thanks Malcolm

    I can’t recommend Malcolm highly enough. I’ve been training with him for 3 months now and I’m really feeling the difference. Particularly with my trail running strength and endurance. He’s brilliant at motivating me to keep pushing. Thank you!

    Having told Malcom about my forthcoming skiing holiday he suggested about doing some preparation work for it. I realised whilst on the slopes that the preparation exercises paid off as I felt fit and strong on my legs and core muscles. I was ready like a pro and it was one of my best skiing trips.

    Excellent training, core, mobility and flexibility. I've been doing classes online and it's made a massive difference to increasing my all round fitness and maintaining it.

    After only 2months, Malcom’s classes have not only made me feel stronger in my body but also my mind. He pushes you more in 1 hour 3 times a week, than I have ever done on my own at the gym. I look forward to every class. I can’t wait for my new and improved body and mind to take me to new heights. Thank you Malcom for this opportunity to improve my life.

    The training sessions with Malcom are exceptional. I have been an athlete most of my life and been part of many training sessions/camps, but this one has really helped me to elevate my strength. The combination of mobility and strength training has made me a much stronger cyclist and runner. Malcom is extremely knowledgeable and versed in what he does, so I can only recommend it. You will not be disappointed!
