Not a fan of this place, it is a nightmare to get to everyday. Limited food options in the area.

Recently moved into the business park. Secure. Great views. Has a good variety of restaurants and businesses.

Black River Park is an office park with offices and businesses, it has a lovely cafe with lovely food there. Secure location for a business and when you are at the top of a building it has beautiful views. Absolutely clean and gorgeous buildings.

The security staff are helpful to give directions, but the signage is poor. There is limited free parking with sufficient paid parking.

Construction happening on this building has ruined the quality of life over the last few months with zero apology. I will take further steps to combat this in future

Park is well maintained, but unless you know where you are going as a visitor a little confusing for parking. I recommend a pop into the vida while you there.

Rude security and they charge u for parking only once leave they tell u its paid parkings.and I specifically asked about this if there an entry fee.bcause I went their too do a Cake Delivery...very very bad service with an attitude.The lady at security should consider another job if she's not happy there or just go fly a kite ...!

Upmarket business park that looks really great. I was just there for a meeting at Dimension Data so the little that I did see looked really impressive. Something that was very apparent to me was the tremendous lack of parking space. When I got there the parking inside was full as well as the area opposite the building. There were cars on the sidewalk and I was very fortunate to find one in the street side parking right in front of DD.

Such a beautiful serene place. Love the Vida Cafe that is snug in a cozy corner. The service is always warm and inviting and not to say the least about the hot and cold drinks, the food and their snacks. Love love love everything about it....
