One of my favourite places in the world. The food is consistently excellent and the venue is surrounded by vineyards. Very affordable and always comes with excellent service. Views are spectacular therefore would recommend going for lunch to see the valley below. Favourite dishes include the tartare (through its various incarnations) and likewise the risotto. The honeycomb desert is always a winner and the bread and oyster starters also comes in highly recommended. Tuna also consistently a great dish. Come for the view, stay for the tartar ;) A guaranteed good experience and always a pleasure to visit.

It took five bites for Chefs Warehouse to slide into my top 10 favourite food experiences, ever. The flavours fused onto each plate are nothing short of entertaining. Every bite twists and turns, revealing nuances and suprises that are unexpectedly outdone by the next dish to make its way to the table. And that continued all the way to desert. Go with a partner. There are two options for every course. Get everything and share. It's a flavour journey that is more than worth the price.

Having dinner at this restaurant was indeed a wonderful experience. The tapas menu is well laid out and incredibly well presented. We were lucky enough to be sitting at the ‘chef’s table’ for the night and the chefs themselves brought out every course to us. Chatting to them really helps you understand the amount of work and planning that goes into preparing a menu like that. The service was also outstanding and our server Georgie was friendly and efficient. The only fault I could really find was that i felt the tables could have been presented a bit better (some flowers or candles) but make no mistake, the food (the reason you go there) was superb.

Lovely food and wine. Great staff as well! Not cheap but worth it. There is only a tapas menu, but all dishes taste great.

Fine dining at its best. Every course was unique and a real treat for your palate with stunning views of the vineyard in the valley. I enjoyed the experience.

One of the best meals I have had in YEARS! The restaurant has a focus on sharing tapas and wine, but elevates both to unbelievable heights. Nestled in the Beau Constantia vineyards it is an evening/afternoon you will never forget.

Wow, absolutely amazing! After many times in Capetown area and traveling around many famous places, Chefs Warehouse has been one of the the best restaurants, we have ever been. An explosion of delightful taste (this was really UMAMI), a wonderful creative combination of dishes and a great staff of young and enthusiastic professionals. Just great!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. My attached photos only share the visual artistry... Well matched by flavour, texture, atmosphere, service, fine wine and great company. Highly recommend, especially for vegans, my wife had the vegan menu and it was equally stunning. Well done to the team in Ivor Jones absence, he should be proud of how you all performed yesterday. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Highest recommendation. Kind regards Dr Clifford Yudelman OptiSmile

Chefs Warehouse is worthy of all the praise. This was the best dining experience we've had in South Africa, from the menu to the food to the service, everything was exceptional. The "We eat with our Hands" beef tartare may be one of the best things we've ever been served -- incredibly innovative, served atop barbecued liver pate with edible flowers and a mushroom emulsion dusted with spinach and kale, and served with seeded bao buns. Everything worked together beautifully. Definitely tell them off any allergies or food aversions, because menu items all contain surprises that are not listed on the menu, and because they'll bend over backwards to make adjustments, but only if you ask. Service is impeccable, and executive chef Ivor Jones is a delight to talk to, when he gets a spare minute between services.

What an incredible experience! From the breathtaking views to the incredible food, this was one amazing experience visually as well as a taste explosion.of the palate. From the minute we arrived, there was incredible attention to detail. The menu was very well curated. Special shout out to the Hot Smoked Sweet Potato on the menu. I am not Vegan or Vegetarian but this was hands down one of the best dishes I have ever eaten! One of my best dining experiences ever!!!

Literally O-M-G! I can’t remember any tasting where I enjoyed all the courses! I usually anticipate a hit-or-miss. But oh boy! Loved every course (the risotto was slightly overly salty, but still creamy delicious). My favourite so far! Definitely be back for next season’s menu!

Handsdown the best dining experience I have ever had. The views are stunning, the service is top notch and you are taken on a gastronomic journey through out your meal thats not to hard on the wallet. The menu is very well curated with each dish tasting so unique. I absolutely loved every dish that bursts with different flavours. If you're thinking of coming, stop thinking and book it right now. You won't regret it! Definitely a highlight of capetown! 😊

Came here with my sister during our trip to Cape Town a few weeks ago and this place was an experience! The food was amazing, the presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the staff was great! They have a fixed 4-course menu with two options for each course and we were not disappointed with anything we ate. They throughly describe each dish before and when bringing it out to you, you don’t feel rushed, and it was just an overall nice experience with great food and energy. I wish I took better pictures but was too excited to eat lol. Special shout out to Tyrone who was super nice and came over several times to make sure everything was ok. Will be back again during our next visit! You need to have a reservation and I would advise to try to do it as soon as possible because they seem to get booked quickly.

👍 First time at Chardonnay Deli. Breakfast, although a bit pricey for a breakfast meal, was really lovely! I had the Avo Smash which is a delightful twist on Eggs Benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached. My husband had the "Piggy Breakfast" which he also said was good. Lovely setting.

👍👍 Some beautiful views from the tea room. Well worth having a walk too through the beautiful rose gardens. You can pay and pick your own roses, or buy jams etc from the shop next to the tea room. Their carrot cake was especially good - moist and tasty.
