Wonderful experience every time. You should ask for the manager when you go there; just to see how nice she is! I love how all the ladies who work there endorse their own product. Their bracelets and charms are beautiful. 😍 If you want to buy something glamorous and feel pampered, you can’t go wrong with this store. Husbands and fathers: if you are looking for something to spoil that important lady with, take them with you, so they can choose their forever gift, and they will definitely remember the experience!

Today my husband went to Pandora Tygervalley with a issue. There was two ladies Leandrea and Farushka (hope the spelling is correct) who gave him excellent service. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help him. It's so nice to know there are still such amazing people around in these hard difficult times. Visited the busy store a few days before Christmas. Even though I had to wait in the queue a bit, the assistants were still friendly and assisted as soon as they could. Well done to my favourite store!

I would just like to commend this store. The staff, particularly Janelle - are impeccable. I am constantly treated with prompt service from the accommodating staff members. Their etiquette and mannerisms reveal fine professionalism and thorough knowledge of the products. Upon arrival in the shop, I immediately noticed the attention to detail. The shop is absolutely stunning and pristine with no plugs or extension cords in sight - other Pandora stores can take a few (many) tips. The best Pandora store in the country - by far ! Thank you, Janelle and Team. You make shopping a delight.

I highly recommend Pandora in Tygervalley. The quality and selection is wonderful and the staff top notch. They really went out of their way to help in the selection of a few charms in very short notice. If you have not shopped at this local gem, I recommend that you do so soon. Wonderful and welcoming experience!

Terrible customer service clients after us kept being help when I as a client said something after waiting as 2 clients after me was being helped, had to get a snotty remark about can wait and will be helped nexted... Won't support this place at all....

The manager Janel has quite the chip on her shoulder. Tried to get a refund on an item, was told by the sales personnel that they only provide a cash refund if you bring the item back within 7 days of purchase (yet she acknowledged that no where on the slip this is indicated). They can only provide a gift voucher. The slip states that you can bring the item back unused within 30 days for an exchange or refund. When this was brought to their attention the sales person said the matter will be escalated to the manager, Janel. Only after making the manager aware of the fact that I know the Consumer Protection Act and threatening them with the Consumer Protection Council, they changed their tune and did a refund on my card. The manager refused to give me her surname so that I can report her to Pandora head office after she was rude and raised her voice. Maybe you should consider sending your staff for proper customer service training as this manager of yours is clearly not qualified or mature enough to handle queries.

Called the store to ask about bracelets for my wife, the store Manager was super friendly and helpful. When we actually went to purchase the bracelet for my wife, which was a surprise birthday gift we weren't helped as well by the other employees, we arrived 30 min prior to the store being closed 04h00 PM , and my wife didn't get the same experience as she received on previous occasions which is disappointing considering bracelets are not just a once of purchase at Pandora, but rather the start of a new collection. The staff was very rushed and was packing things away while sort of assisting. The only reason why the rating isn't less is because we have been to Pandora in about 3 other European countries and we know they are actually a nice store to visit.

Got great service from Veruschka. She was kind, helpful and very patient! I love my Pandora charms!

Tygervalley branch has always been the most helpful out of all the Cape town branches. Only Pandora I shop at! Once again yesterday I was assisted by such an incredible lady that took her time and patience helping me decide which pieces to buy. Thanks so much Lauren.

I would like to comment on the professional and friendly staff, namely, Nicole and Lee anne. We walked in five minutes before closing time to buy gifts for my mothers birthday. The ladies were more than happy to assist us and my mother was ecstatic about her gifts. Thank you!
