Amazing doctor and team! Dr Basson makes you feel at ease, comfortable, is up front and honest while still remaining very professional. She gives you peace of mind and makes you feel like you are an important patient ' not just another person she has to see to' . She delivered 2 of my kids, 10 years apart and has only gotten better. Her 2 receptionist are just as good. I have recommended her to every one I know looking for a gynaecologist and they too have only had positive experiences with her

Dr Elmarie saved my baby! At 16 weeks I became a high risk pregnancy and had a few touch and go serious complications along the way. Dr Basson was always so detailed and thorough and thanks to that we Made it through! Over and above this her bedside manner (of which I saw a lot) and bright personality was fantastic. I wouldn’t want anyone else as my Gynae!

I had a high risk pregnancy being over 40, overweight & diabetic, Dr Basson was so good to me, she made me feel reassured and gave me the best experience during the birth of my baby girl. She had answers to all my questions which drove all my fears away. The healing wasn’t so easy but she instructed me on what to do & 6weeks later i felt as good as i was pre pregnant. She is God sent ,an amazing human being, pleasant, well informed and great listener. She safe my unborn son's life in 2020 during the COVID 19 pandemic peak when I was diagnosed at 28 weeks with COVID 19 and was admitted in ICU. I have no words that can explain her wisdom, great Dr and recommends her to anyone.

Best Dr ever. She spent her entire Good Friday waiting with me for my baby to come. She is extremely supportive and interested in her patients and their well-being. Dr Basson is truly one of a kind. I started seeing her in the 4th month of my pregnancy after a horrid experience with another gynecologist and can only recommend Dr Basson as the most caring and empathetic medical professional yet! She was able to help me with my fears and was knowledgeable in everything I needed assurance on. I had a traumatic labor but doctor delivered my baby effortlessly. She is my go to and I will not see another gynae as long as I am in the WC.
