was
previously
very
sceptical
of
crossfit,
but
my
wife
managed
to
drag
me
down.
I
have
been
going
twice
a
week
for
3
weeks
now
and
I
feel
like
a
new
person.
If
you
lack
motivation,
the
coaches
have
more
than
enough
to
go
around!
They
personally
and
carefully
guide
beginners
on
techniques
so
that
you
don't
injure
yourself.
Something
that
conventional
gyms
don't
offer.
Thanks
to
Rack
Gym,
I
am
in
a
much
better
physical
and
mental
state
than
I
was
3
weeks
ago.
