Spur is like family. Very impressive Spur. This one is different than the others. Staff is friendly, happy to assist and always smiling. The staff is happy to help the customers. Managers on the floor are at tables,talking to customers and helping their staff. Food is top class and very precisely done according to my food orders. The vegetables (pumpkin and creamed spinach) dish are always fresh and deliciously delightful. You can taste the flavor in food. Their take away services are quick and on point. While I was getting ready to pay the lady got the food. Was very impressed with the services. Great spur. Thank you

Wonderful experience ❤️ Waiter was amazing and food was great. A complete opposite experience to That Other Spur 🙄😵. Food was tasty, hot and fresh. Waiter was friendly, helpful, honest and definitely knows what client service is. Just a note to those who don't know, this Spur offers a Sunday Lunch option 😳🧐 Looks awesome 💙💙 Overall, great experience, value for money and a must do when in Bergvliet Update 27 January 2023 Service is still exceptional. Steak good but not great. Not sure the cook understands the temperature of steaks, medium ended up being well done 😬😭 but overall a good evening

Went there for our Sunday morning breakfast with my lady (first time at this Spur) and we were very impressed with the place! It has been fully renovated and looks a class up from compared to the other Spurs we've been at. The service was excellent, didn't have to wait for anything and all came exactly as we ordered - we do make some changes on our orders as my lady is vegan. Their chips slightly differs from the rest and very tasty. The eggs came perfect too. Definitely will visit again!

Food was lovely, staff was very polite and kind. Was a bit slow but there was only a few waitresses and alot of customs but luckily I was patient enough to wait.

My original review is below but just have to give a recent shout out to this Spur after I visited again this evening. I volunteer my time on an ambulance and the crew were craving Spur Burgers. The manager organized this for us in record time before we were called out to another emergency. Thank you so much!! Lovely clean branch with good food and what looks to be a recently redone interior. My steak was very tender and cooked just as I asked. The food was presented well and certainly not the greasy Spur of old. Staff were very friendly too and the manage did come over at some point to check if we were all good. Will definitely return.

We are HUGE regulars at this lovely Spur with our grandkids! Nono was our waitress tonight and she was absolutely FANTASTIC. Her knowledge, friendly attitude, politeness, service and smile made our evening most enjoyable. We will definitely be back!! The food was also tasty and well-presented.

This spur is very cozy, I love the atmosphere, the food is average( what u expect from a spur) the sports tv's play a pivotal roll it help the males to relax esp on a Saturday. I had two meetings here and it's just great. Thanku Spur Acapulco, your spur Sundays ice-cream is the best

Absolutely disgusted and unacceptable! Worst service I’ve ever received! I’ve been to this specific spur 5 times and Ive received nothing but bad service all 5 times. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt this time but it was by the far the worst experience I’ve had at any spur. It took them 15 mins to order our drinks and we noticed 2 new tables walk in 10 mins after us and they received their drinks and food before we did. They were both done eating and we haven’t yet received our meals. The waitress decided to give me attitude when I asked for cream and instead she brought me ice cream. I will never go back to this spur or ever recommend anyone visit that spur.

We were greeted with a very warm and friendly smile apon arrival. The service was very fast, however we wanted waffles, but we were told that they couldn't serve it because the waffle machine was still off due to load shedding and it takes extremely long to warm up after it.

Absolutely great service. I loved our waiters' sense of humor, so hilarious. Our food was brought to us in no time💓quick fast😄

This is our second home. With a friendly Manager called Andre we know and staff who are like family. Everyone knows everyone and one is greeted with a hearty hello and smile. We highly recommend this Establishment!

Absolutely lovely meal, friendly professional staff. We will definitely be going back. Pensioners special was really good value for money. Crisp waffles. Awesome place.

Great food, decent portions. Restaurant clean and neat. However, when we arrived at 20:25, we were immediately rushed into placing our food order (before even being seated or having a glance at a menu), as they were "closing at 21:00". It's fine to inform customers of a closing time upon their arrival, but it's not fair to rush them through their meal to such an extent that they end up having to take much of their food home in doggie bags, just to get out of the restaurant.

Was so great to go back to this Spur where we used to take our children when they were little and we lived in the area. The garlic bread served with the prawns wss the best I have ever had. Sadly a week later it wasn't quite as good, bit was still great.

This is one of my favorite Spur Restaurant and the best Spur Steak Ranches restaurant ever in Cape Town and it’s safe and very easy to eat out and a nice place.

Always a pleasure and an honour to live the Acapulco experience, the staff is always welcoming and will go the extra mile to keep that smile of yours going. Management are extra attentive and will casually approach you to show their appreciation and ask if everything is quite to one's taste and satisfactory, giving you that feeling that all is under control ( even though YOUR plans may seem to fail your meal WON'T) This is a real couples dinning spot not too much traffic with a convenience store and filling station close by.
