I wonder what the health inspector would say about the state of this store. That bin does not appear to have been cleared all day!!!!! Tables are not and floors are filthy

Waited almost 45 mins for my food... not just me ,many people...orders were incorrect .. staff werent coping.... i gave 1 star for the food because i did not get what i ordered....very disappointing

It was lunch time and service was a bit slow. One of the customers got a bit angry and raised his voice.

Great service. Had a miscommunication on an order and it was dealt with efficiently and with priority! The atmosphere is suited to the franchise.

I haven't enjoyed a burger from KFC like I did this specific one.... So good!

Please tell me how a place like KFC runs out of chips? And then the people working are rude and unhelpful when ask is there a plan for the combo meals. Place was packed busy and no one knew what's really going on.

KFC Sea Point is overall a clean establishment; halaal-certified. It has no drive-thru nonetheless. The service can be slow; can anticipate to spend 15-25mins waiting off-peak, peak can extend to 35mins.

Really bad service. Had to wait more than half hour for a burger meal. No apology from staff when I asked why it’s taking so long, instead they gave me attitude. Rude and arrogant staff also it wasn’t the first time experiencing bad service from them.

My husband and I dropped my daughter off at the beach front to have a walk. We were hungry and as it was still early we decided to get some KFC while we waited on her. We bought 5 pieces and 4 wings and it was divine. I don’t ever remember enjoying KFC this much. Maybe it’s because I was starving. The chicken was nice and hot and crispy and the chips were delicious. So this is what I remember about KFC Sea Point, that they make the best kfc chicken👌

Very slow & unfriendly service. Always long queues with staff having conversations at the top of their voices. Not a pleasant store to visit. Soft serve ice cream machine was not working well, just a blob of ice cream instead of a twirley cone.

Had a great service after all. They should just be patient when teaching us how to order on the screen. You can’t just come running to cancel what I am doing without informing me. That lady was a bit rude today around 12:00. Letting the entire good service go to bad name

This branch food taste better than the table view KFC . Will definitely visit again.

It was really an experience of a different kind. This is the first time someone has asked me at KFC which pieces of chicken I prefer in the order I placed. I was completely dumbfounded. Now that's excellent customer service and really nice people to work with. I Just want to to all thank you very much you are fantastic and thank you again for the good customer service. Terrible service by the current frontline staff that are working tonight 20/07/2022. Very unapologetic, and couldn't apologize for making numerous mistakes on my orders. They messed up the orders that we had to order a new meal to cater for missing items. This wasn't my first time as I thought this branch had one of the most polite set up of people, but for tonight, I really feel not going there again. They keep up talking even while serving drinks.

Waited long for our food. Staff is disorganized Staff ignores you ,if you need help Tables were dirty...I tried to ask the staff to clean it ,the ignored me and then I phoned KFC to get their attention

Super friendly staff, even though they were exceptionally busy for so close to closing time. Really impressed 😁

For some reason I waited over 30 minutes for my order and the store was empty. Not sure why though as this is usually one of fastest stores.

They take long with orders.. They don't have everything we were looking for. Ice cream was to soft..

Food, service and atmosphere was nice as well as clean eating area.

This place is one of slowest place among all kfc's I have visited It took us 1 hour and few minutes to get our order. One person operation Same person take orders and operate the kitchen. Tell me what kind of management is that. In top of this waiting time I wanted to use bathroom so bad and they told be that the bathroom was not operating toilet is blocked. This place doesn't deserve to be operating.

Chicken is always fresh and turn around time to getting your food is 5-10min. Never order pops and expect quick turn around, one thing I learnt. There's always parking directly outside the branch.
