The piercer is very knowledgable with the body anatomy and explains the aftercare very thoroughly and also what is to be expected whilst your piercing is healing. I have had numerous piercing procedures done here including the tongue, belly, web, smiley, septum and earlobes - which all healed beautifully, thanks to the piercer's expertise. However I would NOT suggest that you stretch your ears here! Rather educate yourself enough that you feel comfortable doing it yourself. I bought a taper much too big for stretching at the size I was at and the piercer informed me of this but continued with a dry stretch, knowing well that I'd walk out with a blowout - rather than allowing me to swop out for a smaller sized taper because I had just bought the piece of jewellery in their store before my appointment. There is a wide selection of beautiful body modification jewellery in store at a fair fee though - very nicely displayed with its pricing. The staff is generally familiar with most things regarding what the store has and what can be recommended to their client basis but do make sure that what you are buying is correct as you are not able to exchange jewellery once you have purchased and left their store due to strict hygienic reasons.

Been going here for years, however recent events have resulted into me not wanting to come back. I got my nose pierced a couple months back and constantly came back for a check up as a keloid had formed and I constantly took note to the information provided by the piercer as to how to treat but when I went back recently, I found out that the piercer wouldn't be back until June/ July however the other piercer told me that I shouldn't have gotten a barbell piercing for my nose??? Yet they recommended it in the first place!!! And then she told me that I should rather go to Wildfire piercing shop so that they could sort out my piercing. Not impressed at all! What kind of store that specializes in piercings redirects you to a different store!?

Very Rude. Walked into the store and they didnt even bother to help me out. Just hanging over the counter at the till on their phones. Best to spend your money elsewhere.

Got my helix pierced 3 weeks ago, no issues. The ladies were great at helping me choose my earing and the bar length was perfect for healing. I have no pain and have been following the aftercare cleaning routine supplied. Happy!

Been disappointed by this place countless times. My most recent experience was the finals straw and will never be going back! They are unprofessional and inexperienced. They do not have the proper training and skillset to do what they are supposed to be doing. Did my 3rd lobe piercings and their gun got stuck in both ears and then she pushed it further all the way through with her hands. After all that agony it was the wrong jewelry and the holes are skew so I have to take it out anyway. Their services are pathetic and would not recommend them to anyone.

Update: had my second helix done here this morning, whole afternoon I wondered why my ear was throbbing as this wasn't the case with my first helix which was also done at Serendipity until I cleaned it I realized the piecer didn't peirce on the mark that she made but rather more to the fold of the ear. I am extremely disappointed a whole R289 down the drain. I decided to retire the piercing as you can clearly see its not on the same place as my first helix. I don't think I'll make use of your services in the future.

I literally love them !! I had my earlobe earrings done at a other place and I've been having problems with them and Serendipity has really been a big help !!! My sister and I got my helixes done by them and it didn't hurt at all. The lady definitely knows what she is doing and does her best to put you at ease

I have had my ears pierced 2 years ago here and would like to know what the current price list is for certain piercings.

I went to pierce my flat and it is completely skew. I wanted to have a belly piercing and also went but I told them that my last piercing was skew and I first wanted to make sure the dots are straight but even with the dots being straight it was still skew. I have to piercing being put in by serendipity that is skew and I am not happy. They are nice for buying jewelry and asking question but other than that I advise you to go to another piercer.

Good piercing jewelry, but piercers seem Inexperienced, didn't take the time to check anatomy, just went with it, was done within 2 minutes, felt rushed

The procedure for my piercings was really quick. The woman that done my piercings answered all my questions, was really helpful and friendly.
