The website shows that tops closes at 9pm , two weeks in a row on a Sunday, I went to tops just after 6pm and they were already closed. Please don't lie to customers, put the corect trading hours on the website so we don't drive all the way to a closed store.

You should publish correct trading hours.

Please update your website details it says you close @ 21:00 pm I arrived at 20:05 and asked whether they could assist me and I was pointed to a print out paper that says closing 20:00 you are wasting people's time!

They always out of stock of certain brands

I went to Tops Belmont Park today to buy the Esprit ciders that was on special ..... They did not have stock anymore and arranged with Tops Brighton to keep one aside for me. I drove all the way to Tops Brighton just to find out that the ciders was put back on the floor and sold. I had to turn around without being helped and empty handed. The only stock that was left was the staff's stock. Very dissapointed client.

Small store and not alot of red wine to choose from but overall its okay for last minute "shopping"

Tafel 'beer' on special with all other specials and no stock! Always no stock... And when special is over stock is there at normal price!

Extremely poor service! I was visiting kraaifontein and stopped by kraaifontein tops at 19:50 for some red wine, they couldn't help me reason being is that the ladies were cashing up already, I was upset because de tyjger tops serves me until 20h00 on the dot. Hours are hours and you should serve until the time advertised by tops which is 20h00 sharp.
