Dr Du Plessis (anesthetist) you treated me with respect and understood that I was very anxious. Thank you!!!! Medical officials are great BUT in today's competitive market we all know it's about customer service. I was told to be there at 9.30. I arrived early and sat for 40min past my appointment without any communication as to what is happening. I've been to state institutions that treated me with more dignity. :(
