They (Dr Slabbert, Dr Baard (his wife) & Dr Rabie) make a mean team. Each have unique skill sets - combining surgical, practical, common-sense South African-boererate & just downright sincere - medical care.

Please read the following customer experience: Quick note- i was removed from the medical aid about 4 years ago and decided not to take one out seeing as i rarely get sick so finding a practice that is affordable and reliable is difficult in today's economy. My experience: i searched on google for multiple practices in the northern suburbs to find out which was the most affordable considering i have to pay for the consultation and medication. Most were around R500-R800 without medication! Once i entered the practice the environment was neat and i waited around 35 minutes for the doctor to see me. She was extremely friendly and showed compassion which most doctors these days do not. The service was excellent. She gave medication for all of my symptoms throat,back, neck, coughing etc. Conclusion: the fact that you are able to see a doctor and receive treatment/medication for only R500... Im shocked. I wont be surprised if they are breaking even and i dont think people realise how expensive medication is such as antibiotics. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an excellent doctor.
