THANK YOU ......may sound stupid when I say to zig THANK YOU FOR PHONING BACK when we lost connection the first time I called, The phone rang twice he picked up and the call was disconnected. I did not even get to say hello or ask a question. He redialed and called me back. I was not expecting that . Super appreciative because I called Hi Q 3 times and someone picked up and I could hear them speak but they did not acknowledge my call. They just ended my call. guess you don't need or want more business. No number listed for Bridgestone - so no help there. My search was made easy by this gentleman at Dunlop and even though they may not have my stock I appreciated his time and effort. Very happy with the service and product I received from Kraaifontein Dunlop. I phoned in, asking for information, since I do not know what type of tire is needed. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and said I can come around immediately. I went there, they immediately helped me, said it would take 45 minutes for the two new front tires. I took a walk to the library and when I got back they showed me a waiting room, sat there for less than 15 minutes and my car was done. Very friendly and helpful staff.
