I went to the licensing department this afternoon at 2.45, to find out about changing my address, renewing the vehicle license and registering the car in Western Cape from Gauteng. I could not believe the friendly brilliant and efficient service! It took 15minutes and I was out the door! Well done!!

A bit of a wait but wasn't long before the traffic registration que started moving quickly. Good service.

Went there today to renew my vehicles licence disc which expires in August 2022.Last year I went in March 2021 to renew it so that I don't have to get the rush of people getting their licences because of COVID extensions in August last year. Today I paid for my licence plus a fine because I was behind with it because I got it last early in March2021.They didn't explain to me that if you renew your licence 2 or 3 months early that exact day,the exact day the next year you have to renew it. I did not even get any email or in the post to remind me of the new licence disc expired. Very disappointed.

Utterly the worst place to register a vehicle if you're a motor vehicle dealer.

Rude and uneducated. Went there today to register a new trailer bought at Makro. Had all the correct documentation but was still refused because apparently I need a letter from the manufacturer saying that they give Makro permission to sell their trailers to the public. Neither Makarov or the manufacturer have ever heard of such a 'rule/letter'. Absolutely ridiculous and the way she spoke to me was even worse. Never ever again

Frustrating ....the queue was quite long first time but later I tried again. I rushed to get to your offices To renew 2 car licenses , getting there at 15:12 only to find that you were refusing to help anybody further☹️ People were really angry that you are not complying with your official hours

I got there after 11 and the Enquiry waiting line was empty (to my surprise). I was assisted quite quickly and the consultant was also very helpful.

Went in to buy vehicle lisence finished in 20 minutes then went to builders counter to lay a complaint done in 5 minutes good service

How these people have employment is beyond me. 1. Rude 2. Unhelpful 3. Clueless 4. Disrespectful

The WORST service delivery! My household has been without proper running water for over 2 weeks, and still the City has not fixed the issue. This City definitely does not work for you. We pay rates and taxes, but receive poor and disappointing service for basic needs.

I can honestly say I never thought I would have good experience with a government run institution but Kraaifontein Municipality never disappoints. Recent example, I contacted them on a Sunday and they came out a couple of hours later, solved the problem in 15 minutes. Great work!

Kraaifontein Municipality office. I waited more than 15min to get my call answered today 2023/09/04 @ around 10am. Siphewe finally answered and as i was stating my issue and without saying a word she put me back in the line and on hold again.

after waiting 25 minutes they answer then hang up on me and dont phone back this is bad bad baddddd
