Great service. I was helped by Simba and he was friendly, courteous and professional. Can't help but think management engages respectfully with their staff. Committed staff is a rare thing at petrol stations. 5 from me.

Always received great service. Shop is well stock with goodies to munch on and daily essentials. Pies, muffins and croissants are delicious. The coffee too. Friendly and willing staff. Keep it up!

I just have to say a week ago I was at Shell filling up, I had the most amazing attended. His name is ARTWELL, he is not only 5 star service provider but he is an OSCAR winner for the best seller too. He was absolutely kind and friendly. I have never ever had service at any fuel station like I have experienced here. I phoned in immediately after I left, and I could hear the absolutely joy in the owners voice. Keep it going and thank you so much for everything.

Staff very helpful. Know their products available inside and out. Assistance done wit great enthusiasm. The older staff share their knowledge with younger members. Goes the extra mile with a smile, checking water, tyres, clear windscreens, collect dirt for throw away. Knowledge of specials the shop is selling which is always promoted. The smiles and asking how many a driver are is a surplus. I see it as common decency, well done. Excellent service over years, even if staff changes on a regular basis, the older staff continue with best practice, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well done Shell, Brighton Road, Kraaifontein.

I keep telling my friends and family that they must make use of this garage. The staff is always friendly and when you pull in, they will tell you about the specials inside and also ask if you need anything. They don't just ask, how much no the staff is very friendly. When it's time to pay, they will ask if you have dirty staff inside the car so they can throw it to the bin for you. I travel alot within South Africa but this She'll Garage is totally different. Always a pleasure to put in fuel at this garage. Friendly staff...happy greeting when u arrive..they ask if u only need fuel or Tyre checked.. oil and water..may they wash ur windscreen..do u have any rubbish in ur car to throw away. Would u like to pop into the shop for a pie or any other shop specials. Sanitize ur hands when u leave. The staff are an asset and promote this business all the way. I have only used this garage twice in the past two weeks but I must say, in all my years of driving I have NEVER come across the most welcoming, friendliest and customer service oriented attendants like the ones at this garage. I mean they ask all the right questions and not like an automated robot, they direct you to the convenient store they have giving yo a brief or what they have inside, and in case you have any items in your vehicle that you want to discard they offer to take it, at the end they offer hand sanitizer.... hats off to you guys. I only fill up at Shell and if I could fill up at this station everytime I definitely would, but I am only on that side once or twice in the week. My last encounter was with Enias - excellent customer service. Keep up the great work guys.

Best petrol station by far. They are helpful, friendly and so efficient. I always feel welcomed whether im filling up or just picking up something from the store. They're always notifying their customers of their promotions. Well done Shell! You have excellent staff.

Extremely friendly staff. Always a pleasure to fill up and get a quick snack. On a slow morning I can always rely on the lady at the sandwiches to put a smile on my face. Excellent service.

Literally just left the garage & I have to say that Enias is truly such a gem! He told us about the coffee & cold beverage specials at the Shell Select store, brought a small garbage bin to the car & asked if we had any litter we needed to throw away. The brightest smile & personality! Take care of him! We will definitely come here more frequently simply because of his great service.

Staff cashier don't help customers. He doesn't know what the hell he must do. I will never bay gas or anything from them. Very poor service
