Always friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Jp at the building counter is a legend. The staff at the back and management in the warehouse jump to assist loading the wood I buy frequently. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am a pensioner and being a woman have absolutely no clue as to what I need for painting my house! Today I went into Brights Stonewood with a list I had been given from the painters. I spoke to the gentleman behind the paint counter and within a few minutes had everything I needed. They mixed the paint to the colour required and I was given all the guidance and help I needed. What a great experience with friendly and efficient staff who were so willing to help me out! I will definitely recommend Brights Stonewood to everyone! Fantastic service like this is not often found theses days. Well done Brights!

The staff at this brights are friendly and helpful. The shop stocks most things and definitely cheaper than the other big hardware chain up tue road. Bit out of the way if you come from vaoe gate side but it is less busy, the store is new and clean. Got good pricing here on lights, bricks, wood etc.

Wating for a key for more than 30 days . Thdg said it will be orderd and phone me. Still waiting. Mayby its comming from Rusia. Bad service.

When you walk into the Brights Stonewood store, you are greeted by friendly people who work there. The great part is that the information counter is at the entrance. This store has a modern look and design, and you are able to find just about anything in this store.

They have all a DIY needs! But i must commend the staff, they are absolutely friendly and supportive. Excellent shopping. Will definetely visit them often

So I have visited your new store a few times. It's so wonderful to speak to your sales staff on the floor. Like Cammer Adams, that is so knowledgeable about your products. I cant believe that this store does not give a hoot about customer service. As it was the nearest hardware store, i decided to drop in. I was in the store for longer than 20 minutes, just for one item. I, as a customer, have NOT been acknowledged, no one attended, although i counted 13 staff leisurely walking on by with no care in the world. Honestly, this is a bloody disgrace. 13 staff just ignoring a customer? How do you expect to do bussiness with such a manner???? I am seriously beyond disappointed. Customer service is to be a nr 1 priority. No matter what time of year it is. I have decided to leave and go support the competition instead. Although they are a little more pricey, they value customers as it is the customer who pays their salary.

Visited the store more than my wallet would like. Mostly had good experiences. But the nonsensical explanation received today was a complete joke. They don't do any cuts on purchased goods except in half to fit your car. Reason being that due to health and safety they do not have any qualified staff to cut. So if you buy a 1m piece of wood/pipe/steel, they can cut that in half for you. But not a 3m into 6 half meter cuts. If you are not allowed to cut for health and safety issues. The don't cut at all. Also do not provide this explanation while steel is being cut outside into multiple smaller pieces. Next time I'll drive to builders warehouse and get terrible but common sense service.

Great store. Have most things you would need. Very friendly staff and a lot of walking / shopping space for lots of trolleys and people and great experience. Recommend!

Love going to this branch. You lose track of time while browsing through all the goodies for your home. You go in for cable ties and glue, then 1.5hrs later.... walk out with a mini paint set, super cool fairy lights, splash pool with balls (for the ferret), tile cement, 3x mini samples paint and door fittings .... Lol.... It happens every time! Staff is friendly and very helpfull. The shop is spacious and lots of items to choose from. Keep up the good service

Not contractor focused, costing you sales Been here since 07h20. At one stage 7 cars where parked waiting. Went down to 4 We need suppliers who understand that we need to get out stock and staff to site before 8am Edit in response to Stores response All retail outlets have standardised operating hours, customer focused store have learnt that contractors need to be on the road earlier as such they open earlier eg Buco and builders. 30-60 minutes makes a massive difference to a contractors day, thats why the other contractors left for another supplier

Seem to struggle to keep stock or get new stock. Bought bicycle locks BBL brand and was marked as 1.8 m but when I opened it I quickly realized it was not. They did not have stock of the 1.8 m bicycle locks and was told they would call me when they do get stock. 3 months later and still no phone call. these guys must have serious supply chain issues. The refund / exchange process also needs some work as the staff member at the lock section counter removed the sticker from the lock and then had difficulty deciding on which of the locks to refund me with. They all had different prices, which was a little strange. Also stock looked second hand as it was badly shop soiled.

Very helpful staff and made good suggestions. Reconfirmed on Saturday, had a lady that helped me to every department and to get a person to help. I am disabled to the extent that I walk with a crutch, so it really helped. This was the best shopping experience that I've probably ever had, I generally hate any kind of shopping. Unfortunately I didn't check the lady's name. She found me at plumbing and then took me to roof sealant and then further to get the correct products and more.

Visited the Pinehurst Branch a few times and what an absolute pleasure! Staff are all friendly and you are greeted as you walk in the door. The staff at the paint counter are all most helpful, Keenan goes out of his way to assist you and has such patience while we were trying to decide on a paint colour. I will be doing all my hardware shopping at this store. Well done to the branch manager and his staff. Keep up the great work !!
