Great service! On the day of purchasing my washer-dryer I was rushed to leave to a meeting and the agent did her best to expedite work as fast as possible. After purchase I was told the exact day of delivery and that I would be contacted regarding the delivery on the day. On delivery day I was contacted at 8:30 AM to confirm delivery between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. The delivery arrived at 10:35 AM and the guys carried it up two flights of stairs and installed and tested it (without me having to prompt) and only asked me to sign for delivery once everything was hunky-dory. Rare to see a company that communicates so well and then delivers on that communication. Fantastic guys!

Went for 2 Tv's the service was excellent, Prudence is a great person to deal with, to walk in there is a friendly atmosphere I love it ,keep it up Cape gate.

I was at Tafelberg furnishers on 21 Dec. I wandered in the store for more than 35 minutes, wanted a couch and a carpet (cash sale) not 1 sales person asked me if they could assist, even if they were busy, no one even bothered to say that they will assist once they finish. I left and went to buy where I received service. Was really dissapointed.

Good customer service in the stores, but lacking on the delivery side.

I bought R32.000 worth of items. All items except 1x R1000 item are scheduled for delivery. I wanted to take this one item with me and the Tafelberg team made a great plan of strapping it to my vehicle. I made an eft payment with the immediate payment option from Investec, (R40 admin charge) and the debit reflected in my Investec account. (Which I shower the team). I saw the "Proof of payment" on their system. So, surely and legally the items now belong to me! However, When I wanted to leave with the one item strapped to my roof, I was prevented from doing so as Head Office now needed to verify the eft. But... now verification is not possible for some reason. I understand internal controls but surely this must be a quick process! I also understand verification of eft payment IF ITS NOT AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT. I ended up leaving an item that legally belongs to me after a long period of arguing and waiting. Unacceptable team. After shopping with them for 10 years plus, never again

The lady at the bed section was very helpfull and friendly. We bought more than we planned to in the end but got a good deal.

Absolutely the worst service, or rather, a complete lack of service, that I've ever experienced. We combed through the entire store searching for an airfryer, and no one offered assistance. It was only as we were leaving that we were asked if we needed help. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of service, stating that I'd prefer to drive to Somerset West. Shockingly, the reply was, 'Have a nice day then.' This response was extremely arrogant. This type of situation would never occur at your Somerset West branch, where their service is consistently exceptional.

Bought two chairs and one of them is not properly fixed to itself, know I must pay again for the transport to return to the factory shop. I'm not happy

The worst service experienced in many years by 2 people in fridge dept, one in tv dept and one more. It is as if you have to beg for help. Even when asking questions they appear lame and lazy like your too much for them... Dont ask us anything!!

I had to buy a replacement freezer because of loadshedding. Prudence was very helpful and arranged for delivery by 12 that same day. Excellent service.

Service is ok. It is the second time that we wanted to by solid plate stove polish and every time are told it is on order. The bellville branch the same answer. I will have to get it from a different supplyer.

Shockingly bad service. Turned away before closing hours even after I expressed I just wanted to see the dishwasher in person before I order on line tomorrow. Will NOT be ordering through you.
